I chose Respicare by chance to get my husband a new CPAP, and am glad I did. The staff both in Baltimore and Springfield guided us through three weeks of getting the proper authorization from Medicare and our primary care doc, in spite of many roadblocks. Horrible and irresponsible company. Someone from this co. ordered and received payment from Medicare for a $103 toilet that should have never been ordered, did not fit me, and thus caused a sequence of events that damaged my health after my surgery. I couldn't return it because I "used" it. It wasn't until it was used once that I knew they had ordered the wrong size. I ended up having to buy another toilet out of my own pocket while I continue to pay for the first one with my health. read more
