I would not recommend Green Country Staffing for people looking for employment placement I was let…read morego from a assignment at Threaded Fasteners in Tulsa simply because the manager Adam Harrolle did not like me I showed up every day! I never called in! I did my best in work ethic there should have been no reason why I was let go... turns out Adam is the husband of my recruiter Megan Harrolle which breeds conflict of interest but not the good kind! After I got let go from Threaded Fasteners I expressed my frustration with Green Country Staffing... they did nothing! In fact there response was We are going to take a month and counting just to waste my time when I got bills to pay and I am a hard worker Horrible experience from a company supposed to help place individuals in employment but not GCS! I need a job it's that simple I want to sue GCS for discrimination and Conflict of interest this is so wrong on so many levels I keep calling and calling asking about job they say we are looking but since our governor Kevin Still is republican he enables employers to discriminate and this whole Right to Work state upsets me so much I have bills to pay GCS I have been very very very patient but I am fed up! The Oklahoma State does not protect against employees who are discriminated against nor this whole conflict of interest issue I dealt with from Green Country Staffing. I urge everyone who really wants to better themselves and those looking for a job that pays to look elsewhere Green Country Staffing chose to not help me... Miles it's a shame because I am a good worker but no one likes it when someone stands up for what's right and GCS is discriminating me because of this very reason!

Two weeks later, I received an email stating the position was filled, yet it'is still listed available on their website 3wks later. The staff appeared to be indifferent and unprofessional. This company went against a major employment rule: don't spend money to make money! If a company requires shots for a job then they should either pay for them or reimburse the applicant. The company linked to the agency is now questionable by association.

They also provide medical staffing and recruiting services. I was directed to them by the company I interned at to make the payroll process easy and simple. The employees are very helpful, friendly and professional, especially Margaret, who I deal with the most. I didn't feel rushed when filling out all the paperwork and they answered all my questions not only when I was there but via phone AND email. You're able to set up direct deposit which is also convenient. They have an online system where you can log in, create your weekly time sheet and submit it for approval. It's super easy and it's cool to track your hours/pay.

They do not spend enough time to actually learn about you or your skills and professional abilities. I always felt rushed through our phone calls. I was called by the wrong name repeatedly, and even made the awkward correction, yet still I am called by the wrong name. I find being addressed as "hon" very unprofessional. Yet, I was addressed as "hon" multiple times along with being called by the wrong name entirely by Becky from ProRecruiters over the phone today. How can I be confident with a company that won't take enough interest to get even the simple details correct? No I do not recommend ProRecruiters. Not only was Becky (the woman I spoke with today) rude in her communication skills, she was condescending and became nasty with me when I asked relevant questions.
