The employees are very helpful, friendly and professional, especially Margaret, who I deal with the most. I didn't feel rushed when filling out all the paperwork and they answered all my questions not only when I was there but via phone AND email. You're able to set up direct deposit which is also convenient. They have an online system where you can log in, create your weekly time sheet and submit it for approval. Yet, I was addressed as "hon" multiple times along with being called by the wrong name entirely by Becky from ProRecruiters over the phone today. How can I be confident with a company that won't take enough interest to get even the simple details correct? No I do not recommend ProRecruiters. Not only was Becky (the woman I spoke with today) rude in her communication skills, she was condescending and became nasty with me when I asked relevant questions.
