Rude, unprofessional staff. My original appointment was canceled less than 20 minutes before hand…read morevia email- which of course by the time they had bothered to send the email I was already there (It was a 10:30 appointment, they knew at 8 that the fingerprinting woman would be out all day). They couldn't have been bothered to give a phone call or to at least email in a timely manner. Fingerprinting woman made fun of my name when I did finally get to do my appointment, very unprofessional. She also started my appointment 10 minutes late because she didn't bother to check the schedule and took someone with a later appointment before me.

She is condescending, rude and unprofessional. Above all she is supremely unhelpful and lazy. She had me reschedule 2 separate times because she didn't want to do her job and I now have to drive over an hour and a half to get a simple thing taken care of at a separate location all because of one lazy good-for-nothing sack of potatoes that can't tell the difference between right and left. AVOID THIS PLACE the staff is awful and untrained. You will have better service literally anywhere else. Thanks for nothing!
