I would never tell someone their experience was not what they say their experience was but all I can say is I saw my doctor on Wednesday. He said that I needed a CPAP machine. I heard from these people today, a day later, I heard from them in the morning, introducing themselves basically and telling me they would keep me posted and before the end of the day I received another text telling me that my machine had been approved and that they were beginning to work on it!!! Not to say anyone else's experiences weren't what they say they were all I can say is mine so far has been absolutely amazing. read more

I paid my bill with my checking account 5 days before they charged my credit card and when I called about it they said I had auto pay on which I was under the impression would only happen if the bill wasn't paid on time so I made sure auto pay was stopped and asked when I would get my over payment back I was told it would take 2 weeks well it's been almost 3 weeks so I called and this time the woman I spoke with said it would be 6 weeks I asked her why would someone tell me 2 weeks she said she would have said 6 weeks I told her the woman I spoke with said 2 weeks she said she was the one I spoke with but I know it wasn't I didn't just pull that number out of my hat I was told that I even had someone with me hearing the whole conversation needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere they sure didn't wait 6 weeks to get their money I'm so pissed read more

Resource Medical Group is owned by Quipt Family Medical group. Quipt Medical group database does not interface to Resource Medical group, so your office visits or requests for supplies are visible to Quipt. I have been trying to get CPAP supplies for over 4 months. I would not recommend this company as their customer service for CPAP supplies is dismal. read more

I was told by my doctor that this company was good, so far I haven't had "one" good experience with them. They might answer the phone and if you leave a message with the receptionist "no one" returns calls. I have been with them since March 2024 and have struggled from day one to get my cpap supplies. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I have have to contact the Manager on his cellphone several times. If it wasn't for my lease on my cpap machine since I found out I can't go to another company unless I return my machine, I would leave this company. I can't go without my cpap machine. I never have given a bad review like this but I am so unhappy with them. When they do send my supplies, they are wrong. They don't have a problem getting their money though. read more

Run don't walk away from this company. Thankfully it became very clear, before we even got fully involved with them, that this company had a total lack of customer service and customer care. Our "representative" would not stop talking long enough to answer questions and when I finally asked her to stop talking she said I wasn't being an adult. When I finally got enough space to ask one question she started talking right over top of me again. As indicated earlier, they have no interest in working with the customer to answer questions or provide helpful information. When we did get information from her we got several different answers to the same question, when you could get one in over her crap attitude. If you aren't on the line to them, check out the other reviews and see what you are in for in the future. Sadly, I can't give them less than one star. Home delivery is very unreliable. At least once a month the delivery guy does not show up. I'm left with my empty oxygen bottles and dirty cannula. i am tired of calling and begging for service. read more

Resource Medical was tasked by my Doctor/Physical Therapist to deliver Walker/Commode post operation so I could begin successful rehabilitation. This was carefully coordinated by PT to meet me for home arrival on Friday 12-30. One problem here is Resource Medical didn't see critical nature of this delivery and equipment has still not arrived on 1-2-2022! Thank God my PT was able to set me up with Walker and I purchased Commode. Bottom line here is Resource Medical doesn't understand the situation and critical response for rehab! This is a huge problem and I hope my voice is heard so they can improve their process! read more

I had originally bought my Cpap from office at Aztec Circle, Duncan, SC. Of course under a prescription from my doctor. Since On Medicare it is charged through Medicare and our gap and plan. Over and over I have left messages for replacement parts such as a leaking tank. Not once have I received a call back. I'm hoping to find another supplier but concerned about a prescription. read more

This place has the worst service I have ever received anywhere in my life. Pick an aspect of their business: customer service, billing, parts replacement... they are all terrible and could not care less about doing their jobs in a professional manner. The final straw for me was I was having an issue with my machine and I took several hours out to drive to their facility and they told me to just go buy some compressed air and that will fix it. The lady had compressed air right on her desk but said she couldn't do it there, they would have to send it off and I would have to pay for it and rent another machine in the meantime. I know, it s like that doesn't even make any sense... and when I tried it myself, it didn't even work. I'll never go back to this place again. read more

Very poor customer service. Been trying to get a respiratory therapist to talk to me for 2 weeks. Have left numerous messages. Staff in the office have delivered messages and respiratory still will not respond. No communication about order for hospital bed for 1 week. Had to call to find out what was going on. Doctor placed order on 3/18/22 and I am still waiting for any type of communication. read more

Before I start, please permit me state I had been a customer here for 10+ years. ALL I have done is order more supplies as needed. NO PROBLEMS, EVER. When I bought my new CPAP machine here 10 years ago, the CPAP tech seemed ill natured, a total jerk. I was at the point of walking out, then I decided she was just having a rough day. I played along, got my new gear and left. In November 2020 my doc decided I need a new type of mask. What I use is getting difficult to find and my doc decided a change was due. Went in and met "Jackie." Pleasant, upbeat person. In the course of fitting me she admitted jobs were hard to find and she decided she better take Resource Medical's offer. [*If ever I get a signal like that again, I am WALKING!!!*] "Because of COVID" I could not try out the mask. "WE CAN NO LONGER PERMIT ANYONE TO ATOMIZE THE AIR WITH BREATHING APPARATUSES... I asked Jackie, "If fit happens to be a problem, can I be refit with a CORRECTLY SIZED mask?" [BIG pause,] followed by "I GUESS so..." Did not fit at all. I tried every adjustment. 30 minutes later I reconnected my old mask. Called Jackie the next day. Got told she was "On the road, she would have to return my call." Never returned a call. After I had called several times a week for 3 weeks with no reply, I bagged up everything and carried it back. Receptionist didn't want to, but she printed me kind of a receipt for everything. 5 weeks later, STILL no credit from Resource to my insurer (required before I could get supplies anywhere ELSE... Did some research on the company. Owned by a husband and wife team. They own quite a few locations in the East. Employees are UNHAPPY EVERYWHERE. This is 9+ months later. I still am using my old gear. My physician/my insurance cannot help me until Resource issues that credit. *** BE SMART!!! Keep FAR AWAY from this company! *** read more

Do not give these people your card information!!! They will continue to charge you even after you no longer use their services.
