Belinda He has transformed my life by her healing skills using acupuncture. I tried acupuncture…read moreover 10 years ago. Lie on a bed, insert needles and nothing - no sensations no improvement. My first treatment from Belinda was an amazing experience. I could feel my blood flowing through my body then waves of sensation. Follow up treatments give different reactions but I improve more every time. I believe Belinda is one of those true gifted healers. She can just touch my body and know where I need help. The best example is she has been working on my right knee - lots of scar tissue, arthritis and pain. During the first treatment I was so stiff she could not get any needles into that knee. The second treatment they easily went in. Now months later at my last routine visit she said "why is your other knee so bad/stiff?" I had spent almost 2.5 hours kneeling on my mothers tile floor fixing her toilet. My left knee was not swollen, it looked normal but she knew as soon as she touched me it was not right. I can't find a high enough rating system for Belinda. She has improved my ability to walk after 5 foot surgeries, eliminated all hip pain, significantly improved the functionality of my knee, and improved my overall health with acupuncture and herbal treatments. I should comment that I am an American health professional who used to scoff at traditional Chinese medicine therapies. Then I did research while writing a health book for consumers and decided to give acupuncture another try. I am truly blessed that it was Belinda that I connected with.

I had tried conventional treatments (steroid creams, anti histamines) with little relief, and I was desperate for something that would actually work without having to take oral steroids which is risky for the baby. From my very first visit, Dr. Jin was compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to helping me heal. He took the time to understand my symptoms, explain his approach, and create a customized acupuncture treatment plan. After just 1 session, I started noticing a real difference, and as I continued treatment, my condition completely cleared up--something I never thought would be possible....my dermatologist and OB were shocked. I did not need to take oral steroids and risk my baby's health. Dr. Jin is truly a master of his craft. His expertise in acupuncture and holistic healing is unmatched, and he genuinely cares about his patients. If you're struggling with a chronic condition and feel like you've exhausted all options, I highly recommend giving him a try. I'm beyond grateful for his help and wouldn't hesitate to see him again for any future health concerns. Thank you, Dr. Jin, for giving me relief when I needed it most!

I like Gigi and Holistic a lot. They helped me tremendously through major shoulder surgery…read morerecovery. Gigi also did the kinesio taping, which really supported my shoulder well as it was getting stronger. I went to ten sessions, 7 at the old location on 249 and the last 3 at the new location. Her and her staff were fantastic. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because I do not care for the new location. It is VERY cramped and dark with no windows, like a dungeon, and the layout is quite strange. To get there you have to walk down a long, long hallway through another doctor's waiting room, then finally you get to the equipment way in the back by the emergency exit. I know she probably moved to this new office to save on rent, but it's a big step down from the bright, roomy clinic she had before. I would still return for PT with her, however.

By the time I began treatment with Dr. Siton I had already completed extensive treatments at UCLA Med. Center and Physical Therapy. My prior care givers told me that nerve tissue does not regenerate and I likely wouldn't regain full strength. Dr. Siton clarified that although nerve tissue doesn't regenerate, the body has millions of other pathways that can replace damaged ones. She was right and I regained complete health. In 2011, I experienced what the best doctors in Houston and The Mayo Clinic in MN told me was a relapse of CIDP. My only treatment recommended was the use of pain killers. I then again sought help from Dr. Siton. After several months of therapy, proper nutrition, adequate water consumption and hard work, I regained my complete health and achieved the highest level of physical fitness in over 20 years. Dr. Siton is a straight talker and has a diverse educational and experience background that I believe enables her to quickly see the root cause of a patient's ailment(s) and shares her observations in real time. Finally, Dr. Siton and her Team at Holistic Physical Therapy (HPT) create a positive, safe and friendly environment to support healing and improvement. I recommend my family and friends to HPT whenever they may need such help.

The manual adjustments put SO much unnecessary stress on my body and I knew there had to be a better way. I found LeBon Chiropractic and I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Steck and Melanie (and the activator gun). They are both so nice and truly care about you as a patient and, with the activator gun, the pressure is only applied to the area that needs it. Sometimes one single vertebrae. (No more twisting and putting pressure on my entire body to adjust a few vertebrae.) My cervical spine causes me a lot of problems and some days I wake up unable to turn my head to the side. After an adjustment with Dr. Steck I instantly have near full mobility and can function again. They have truly been life savers for me and I encourage anyone looking for a new chiropractor or wanting to try having an adjustment with the activator gun, to go see them. Note I had multiple arthroscopes in the past due to signify trauma in the leg. the initial neurologist recognized it but said hopefully it will heal. Well it did not. My ortho of 20 years never had this issue arise. I found Dr. He on my own and reading her bio, I saw a glimmer of hope that she just did not give meds. She looked for quality of life solutions. My first visit was just that. She listened, set up a plan, the office helped navigate stubborn insurance and finally she was able to do the diagnostic procedures leading Me to the correct surgeon to do the first of my peripheral nerve surgery. coordinating with the plastic surgeon, Dr. He managed my pain through the first nerve surgery, which was a lot less painful than what I was going through. However, I have some issues remaining and will probably have a second round of surgery. this Is conservative and acceptable because you lose feeling and you don't want too much feeling to be taken away if you have to endure this. I write this long review because orthos in the Houston area are not up to speed on managing nerve pain that arises after arthrosopic knee surgery and it was almost a year before I found Dr. He. I went to many after that surgery and was met with ...that's too bad, no never saw that before and I wish I could help but I can't and I don't know anyone. Dr. He remembers everything and is so compassionate. One of a kind and not like any other pain management doctor I have ever been to. For those of you wondering, my nerves affected were the saphenous nerve where a neuroma was found above my knee not anywhere near the surgical site, severe superficial peroneal nerve entrapment and moderate entrapment in the deep peroneal nerve. those were all addressed the first surgery. We just targeted another area on the saphenous nerve and the sural nerve. Truly an amazing doctor and person.

Why 5 stars? Because they were able to significantly help a chronic problem…read more --- --- --- My shoulder had been acting up for years. The routine was that I would go to Sterling Ridge Orthopedic for a cortisone injection, do some PT/rehab, feel better for a few months, and then eventually start feeling the pain again. And if you know anything about cortisone shots, they are usually only putting a bandaid on a problem, and not something you can just do forever. One night after playing basketball, I was in horrible pain. I knew that I had to do something different. I looked up places near me that offered ART (Active Release Technique) and dry needling. One that popped up was Mobility Chiro, which happened to be a place that I already had bookmarked on Yelp. They had an appointment available the next day, which I quickly snagged. I ended up coming here 1-2x a week for the next 4 months. Fortunately, once I met my deductible, my visits were practically free, so the only real drawback was that it was about 25 minute commute from my house. But that wasn't going to prevent me from coming because I was making real progress here. I started off seeing Robbie in the beginning and eventually transitioned to Clayton. Eventually, they recommended I see Sam, who only came in once a week, but he offered PRP/PRF and peptide injections. Sterling Ride Ortho had been suggested PRP for a while, but I was hesitant to do it because it was $750. But here, it would only be $500. Sam did an ultrasound on me and showed some tears and recommended I moved forward. So I did. And while the change was not immediate, after a few weeks, it was very obvious that it was making a difference. I could suddenly not only fall asleep on that side, but I could sleep through almost the entire night on it. When I first started coming here, I couldn't even be on that side for more than 20 minutes or it would be unbearable. I basically got the works during each visit with Robbie/Clayton: needling, cupping, ART, shockwave, new exercises to do at home, etc. You name it, they did it. And here I sit about 5 months removed from my first visit, feeling like a different person than I did before. Not only was the care better, but getting an appointment was basically always easy, and Kori who works at the front, was always super responsive to my messages when I needed to re-schedule or have a question relayed to one of the guys. From now on, I'll skip Sterling Ridge (5 minutes away) and make the drive to Mobility Chiro.
