Nicola and the staff have crafted a masterful experience for guests from top to bottom. We stayed for four nights and there was not really a big change concerning the choice of food. Oviglio is a VERY small village/town. Therefore, this hotel is recommended for people who are looking for a calm and nice place. The whole staff was very obliging and polite. We did not try the restaurant of the hotel so I cannot say anything about the cooking.
