L'appartamento di 80 metri quadrati, posto al terzo piano di un palazzo dell'800 (servito da un piccolo ascensore d'epoca), è stato recentemente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio che donano agli ambienti un'atmosfera elegante, ma allo stesso tempo calda, confortevole e familiare. Dotato di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e di finestre insonorizzate, App Condotti può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 6 persone dislocate in tre ambienti: due camere matrimoniali con letto formato (170X200) e un divano letto matrimoniali (140X200), posto in una delle due zone giorno a disposizione degli ospiti. I due bagni, provvisti di tutti gli accessori, sono entrambi rifiniti da un'ampia doccia con cromoterapia. La sistemazione è perfetta per ospitare due coppie con bambini in ambienti separati, gruppi di amici o famiglie numerose fino ad un massimo di 6 persone (2 letti matrimoniali e 1 divano letto). L'angolo cottura è provvisto di tutti gli accessori per preparare deliziose cenette: piastre elettriche, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, stoviglie e pentole.

The rooms are very spacious and feel very modern with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms. This is probably one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed at in Europe including Rome, Venice, London and Barcelona. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and present 24 hours a day. There is a fully stocked mini bar which is completely free every day, including orange juice, sodas, beer and four bottles of water And yogurt. There's also free Breakfast cereal, Jam , toast, cookies and sometimes potato chips and fruit oranges. This is an amazing deal. Of course, there is a free coffee machine in every room with coffee, free hot tea. I think they could charge a lot more money for what you get and I'm sure when this becomes more popular they probably will change the prices but right now this is one of my favorite places to stay in all of Europe. There's also a complementary breakfast which includes croissants, bread, and a selection of cured meats. I forgot to add the beds are very comfortable and include a softer pillow and a harder pillow depending on what you like. The bathrooms are very clean and modern with a rain shower included. Highly recommended, five stars!

I want to warn all Americans to stay away from this agency. They charge a 20 euro fee just to see…read morean apartment in rome. The fee, they say, covers the cost of the agent who comes out to show the apartment. I have been renting in rome for years and no agency has ever suggested i pay for their agent. This is an outrageous practice. Imagine if realtors in the states tried to do this to their customers! They would be out of business within a week. Stay away from these people!

The only negative is…read morethat the apartment has a very musty smell.We stayed in the apartment for 6-nights in February to celebrate my birthday. Prior to our visit Silvio answered all our emails promptly and provided a great fact sheet with a map along with advice on restaurants and locations of shops and supermarkets etc. He arranged for a transfer from the airport which saved time catching trains and finding taxis at the Terminus station. The apartment is exactly as advertised. In addition it is very well equipped with lots of towels, plenty of hot water and a great kitchen where we ate in on a few nights. There is also WiFi and cable internet which was great as I always carry my laptop to keep in touch. The main plus is the location as nearly all sites are within walking distance. The Metro is only 12 minutes away, yet because the apartment faces onto a courtyard, it is so quiet at night. On our arrival we were met by Giorgio who showed us around. Silvio also gave us his mobile number to keep in touch should we have any queries during our stay. We have traveled a lot and stayed in many apartments but there are not many that we find where we really felt as if it weres home There was even a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine to help us settle in. Despite this being our 4rth visit to Rome, we still have many places left to see so we will definitely be back and hopefully will get to stay at Via Crezcenzio 19 again. A couple of restaurants to recommend - 'Maccheroni' near Piazza Navona and our favourite - Ragno d'Oro in Via Silla (off of Via Cola di Renzo), a family run place with no menu, an owner who speaks English and exceptional food at very good prices (we were the only non-Italians amongst many local customers)the apartment was incredibly nice ahd we shoudl really use it again no problem y use your service in the future I would hesitate to use this apartment.

Great wifi and clean usable space, but about four flights of tight stairs if you have a lot of luggage. Supermarket, bakery, as well as all the usual shops close by, and about 100 cafés. No washing/ drying facilities, laundry nearby though. Has local tv (euro sat, no English), but why would you? Channels Rai Yoyo and PersianToons have well-known dubbed kids shows & movies, and our kids didn't seem to care that they weren't in English. Very secure, no safe or staff on site. Agent was very helpful & responsive to our emails & phone calls when we had any problems. There are a couple of apartments available, ours had no views to speak of from the rooms. Just step out on the street for that! Also got a free continental breakfast (croissant, juice, coffee) from Papa's Cafe across the street, which was a nice intro to the neighbourhood.
