Despite Presbyterian Manor being considered one of the "better" elderly residences/care homes in…read morethis area, I would like to point out some of the negatives. FIRST: Poor-quality meals. Lack of consistency in meal quality is a huge issue here. Some meals are acceptable but many look/taste highly unappetizing, with overcooked, dry meat a common issue. Because the elderly tend to be polite and uncomplaining, Presbyterian Manor gets away with chronically mediocre food service. FYI: The generations headed to elder-care facilities in the near future, Boomers and GenX, will not tolerate what the generation you currently house put up with. SECOND: There are major infrastructure issues in this building, including A/C leaks that cause flooding in rooms, mice running throughout the building and into residents rooms, lack of sound-barrier insulation to reduce unacceptable noise level in rooms during construction, water and electricity outages, and construction debris left on the ground where residents walk during construction of a major addition that started in 2025 and will last until 2027. If the Manor has that much money for a multi-million-dollar addition, why can't they solve the EXISTING building infrastructure problems FIRST? And did it ever occur to management to offer some kind of compensation for the highly stressful inconvenience you are putting residents through for more than an entire year of constructing an addition? This elder-care facility is a symbol of how the U.S. treats its elderly--eager to take their hard-earned money, with a lack of respect on some matters simply because the elderly don't want to make waves and/or have a diminished ability to demand their rights.

He lowered my own teeth to make the back teeth fit his work which crowed my own natural teeth which caused them to hurt they were all moved over after the implants. This dr even told me that when a husband and wife cannot get along they get a divorce. was completely shocked. The Dr had all his staff line up a few on each side and proceeded to tell me thing about hisband and wife when they can not get along. I contacted the company in AZ the HR person stepped in on a joint phone call and when she left the conversation I was to have an appt for the Dentist to reevaluate, however he always denied saying that he told me the thing about a husband and wife getting a divorce, I simply said yes you did, and I simply touched his shoulder as his back was turned and I touched it ever so lightly, He blurted out as loudly as he could DONT TOUCH ME. it totally blew me away. It made me feel he wanted his staff to think I was inappropriate. I have talked to the dental board, the details are too much for here . The board informed me there is not a time limit on reporting. I certainly plan to do so . So enter at your own risk. I am not exaggerating. If you do go here make sure this dentist discusses a plan of care and thoroughly explain what the heck he is doing, And that he clearly understands that you are there for the a fit not a half way reconstruction that will not be comfortable with the rest of your own teeth. (this guy is insane)I really dont know where this dentist was coming from by the work he did. Sorry to say that this is the BEST review I can give, interesting that I have been followed by a reputable dentist, this dentist identified the same thing that I was trying to tell the dentist at New Horizons.
