The mirrored walls and ceilings are beautiful, and the quiet background music makes it a peaceful place to sit down and relax. Service was pleasant and friendly, and there is a big selection of cakes and desserts to choose from. My only complaint is that most of the sweets were just a little too sugary for my taste. The famous Pupp Tort especially was much sweeter than I expected. Still, it's a beautiful café with a great atmosphere and definitely worth stopping by for a coffee and dessert while walking around Karlovy Vary.

Loved their signature Pupp Cake as well as the chocolate one and the apple one. Can't even name my favorite one as all of them were scrumptious. Being a coffee-lover, I was disappointed by the quality of coffee in Karlovy Vary. I tried coffee at Famous Pupp cafe, in Venus hotel and on the Main Street in the different cafe houses-- nothing special. In Cafe Kava I tried a few different types -- great taste. Loved the variety and the price.

While this location is right on the main walking street of Karlovy Vary, it manages to keep a chilled atmosphere and boasts world-class coffee and well as bagels, although other options for breakfast are pretty amazing. Personally, I went for the Czech breakfast formula (delicious) followed by a sampler of their bagels (that's what made it a brunch, and a delicious one at that), whereas my wife went for the Ukrainian breakfast - a sort of fresh cheese - based pancakes with sour cream and jam (extremely delicious). Both of us were very satisfied with our choices - especially given that the coffee and the fresh juices coming with it were pretty darn great too. Overall, the service was fast and friendly, and both the internal decoration and the outdoor terrace were enjoyable. Overall, a great location that I would gladly recommend!
