Very nice clean store with a ton of items. Everything is very organized and linear as far as…read moreproduct goes. Large selections of balloons, party favors and cards. During Halloween season they have a tons of costumes and Accessories to go with them. Staff is friendly and willing to help. However , it does like a lot of the items we want we usually have to order and the prices are a bit high, but worth stopping in.

Today I call to cancel my order due to inclement weather for the date of rentals, giving 4 days notice of cancellation. The woman discusses my situation with the manager and tells me that I am not allowed to cancel as they have a no-cancellation policy. I was NEVER made aware of this policy at any point in time or else I would have chosen another vender. Their reasoning is because we signed a "contract". This "contract" is literally a pink slip of my order which has like font 8 fine print which was never discussed. The contract does not explicitly say no-cancellations. However it does say that if the contract is voided they can hold the deposit between 25%-50% (which is a ridiculously large and unethical range). My response "so am I going to get at least 50% of my money back since I paid in full" and they said no. So why was I charged a full amount if they only needed a deposit?? And why am I not getting refunded??? I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! Crazy thing is I legitimately thought it was a cute spot and was going to recommend to friends and family. But now? NEVER. If you want to save yourself the headache please use another more professional company. Personally I've used H3C Party Rentals in the past and they were wonderful. I only didn't use them this time because he didn't have 8ft tables only 6ft.

We also got billed for more than what was delivered.. Trying to talk with the owner was a lost cause after he said some racist stuff that I wouldn't want to publish on yelp. After checking with the competitors K&M not only had better pricing but gave me a better price when I ordered more. These guys showed up on time and the bouncys were clean. These guys are professional and I can't wait until next summer to rent more.
