STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I urge anyone that is looking for lease to own furniture or electronics to please stay away from this particular location. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any business. They were given more than enough time to get the couch we picked out cleaned up and to have the paperwork ready. When we got back to the store, they had nothing done. That was red flag #1. The couch was supposed to be delivered the next day. It was not! Then when we called to find out what the hell happened, they gave me a half apology and offered a week free. I might add it would be yet another day before the delivered it because they're cleaner was "out of town". How convenient. That was red flag #2. Finally we receive the couch and whoever cleaned it, if it was even cleaned at all, did a horrible job! My wife actually had to take the cup holders out and clean them herself because it was that bad. That's still not even the worse part. We are sitting on the couch finally, and my wife starts freaking out about something. She found a bed bug on our couch that we just had delivered!!! So I called them up the next day and told them to come get their crap out of my house. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO SPRAY THE COUCH!!! I said I don't want it sprayed I want it out!! They took it out of my house. That was last night. Now today I have an unexpected charge of $100 on my bank account. I'm at the point I am going to search for legal help on this issue. I'm trying very hard to keep my emotions in check while writing this, but I urge anyone who has read this to please do your homework. Look these guys up before making a decision. We are picking up a couch from aarons today, and we are getting it for a better rate and brand new. read more
