Run as far as you can from this place. They bully they harass they sell you broken products . They charge you for items you no longer have. I had to take them to court just to get them to stop harassing me. They would show up at my house on the day the payment was due, every week. Pounding on the door, shouting in the hallway of my apartment complex. I was screamed at by a manager for not answering my phone, like I was there property just because I rented from them. I got to a point where I was so afraid to go in to the store the day of payment to pay that I would procrastinate. Finally I decided to go make my payments online and online I find I'm being charged for items I traded that I don't have anymore , as well as insurance for an item that broke and they said the insurance wouldn't cover it but I was stuck with the product. How are you going to charge me for insurance i can't use on an item that's already reported broken? And a washer and dryer that the guy installed using the wrong part. It flooded my kitchen 3 times and I couldn't use it for 3 months but they refused to prorate this on my bill and made me pay for a product that I wasnt even able to use because they couldn't install with the right part. With the washer and dryer and then seeing all these extra items on my bill online that they refused to remove and then For them to harass me and pound on my door every week and blow up my phone, disturb my neighbors, and even threatened to look in my windows if I don't answer the door, I've had enough of this awful company. read more

My gawd this place is terrible. The manager is a bully, they sold me a broken tv that they have refused to fix and tell me I'm stuck with unless I want to get a tv that costs a little more to trade out. And when I tell him he is breaking the law and violating my consumer rights he told me Don't threaten legal action or he will come get his things. Don't work with these people !!!!
