SCOTT WARNER IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Rent a center is BS and have zero customer service skills. Thanks for a washing machine that doesn't work and wait until after my warranty is up on purpose to have a repair man show and then doesn't pay Whirlpool so they refuse to finish the repair. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! if you have an appliance that needs service they will literally send a tech out but wait until the warranty expires to contact you and tell you that the product is no longer on warranty read more
