I had the worst experience trying to get a dryer here. I called 3 weeks in advance of when I needed the dryer delivered. I worked with the store manager to find one that would work for our situation. He emailed me pictures and we agreed on a particular dryer. Fast forward 2 weeks later when I call to confirm delivery and the guy tells me the dryer we picked out together is no longer available, but I can get the another one for DOUBLE the price! He couldn't understand why I was unhappy with that... Plenty of other places you can go to get an appliance where they actually have the item you ordered for you as agreed without trying to gauge you. read more

RAC on Fairview came to our rescue! Our moving company has delayed delivery of ALL our furnishings for over a month and we needed affordable, temporary furniture. Noel, the store manager, helped us get the basics: sofa & loveseat, t.v, kitchen table & chairs, and bed with frame, at a reasonable price. We feel like humans again! On top of that, when Andie (Regional Mngr) heard our plight, she gave us her cookware she recently replaced. We literally had next to nothing to live our daily lives in an empty home, and RAC restored our dignity. Noel and Ben delivered our furnishings on time, set everything up, and told us we can call them anytime for pick-up once our moving company arrives. The whole experience restored our faith in human kind. Noel & Andie removed a lot of stress from our lives, they were wonderfully accommodating and and we would highly recommend RAC to others. First off I am writing this review from an employees' perspective so it may or may not help a customer. Second off I AM NOT writing this in a retaliatory fashion: So here it is, don't come here. "Why," a person may ask... Well for many reasons. The furniture is over priced, cheap junk that is made over seas (probably by children in sweat shops). They sell "ashley" stuff there but it's almost like the stuff RAC gets is a step down from what you would buy at an actual Ashley retailer. Everything in the store gets recycled back into customers' homes so many times that a lot of things have hundreds of hours worth of use by the time you take it and pay 3X what it is worth. Recently the store has also been fighting a roach infestation, and we all know how easily they could end up in your home. On to the people at this location: I used to work at this place and the district manager (she goes by Andi) is a bit of a double edged sword. She will do anything to help people get into an item and she is very sweet to your face. However when the curtains fall she trash talks the customers and her employees to an extent that even a sailor would be giving this "lady" looks. I have heard her calling a few different female customers "c*nts" on multiple occasions simply for running late on their payments and this is just one example of many. While I'm on the subject of being late on bills: be very careful here if you're going to be late because these people will send shady process servers with GUNS to your house. The store manager Noel is an incompetent fool who overbooks deliveries to the point that customers have to be pushed later back in the day or rescheduled to a different day. This has been especially true these last few weeks, as I was the ONLY person they were sending on deliveries most of the time. They [Andrea & Noel] would send me alone to deliver larger appliances, furniture, etc. and order me to ask the customers for help moving things. I might be wrong but I think one of the perks to shopping at a place like this would be the convenience of not having to raise a finger, but that perk would surely be missed by choosing to come here. My point is to think twice about walking thru the door here, unless you want to be treated like just another replaceable commodity. read more

so far it has been ok. there is a female there not sure of her name but i had a negative experience with her she did not listen to me. the manager has always been good. we had some issues with price and the condition of the chair but i think it is all taken care of now. if i was to rent again i would only want to deal with the manager he has been the best. also the gentleman who dose the delivering he is awesome . read more

Terrible Experience. Extremely dishonest employees. They intentionally put the wrong price tag on a beautiful computer I bought. A price that was significantly lower than the actual price tag that was not solicited when i bought the computer. They then called me after I signed the contract ...and said I needed to come in and redo another contract because they put the wrong price tag on the computer. OMG Horrid people Ashley and the manager Martin!!! I have paid to that one rent a center in the past 3 years several thousand dollars and the Twin Falls Idaho one over $1600 in the past 8 months and KNOWING THAT since I moved my business to Boise ASHLEY treated me like a piece of crap lower than the lowest because I wanted ADD ON a TV!!! Then by the time the manager came out I was SO OVER HER ATTITUDE That I decided for them to come and pick EVERYTHING up that I have been renting for over 8 months because of her attitude alone and the manager was NOT any better. It was like they were doing me a FAVOR knowing FULL well I have PAID OFF things there in the past! I would NEVER rent if I was not so limited about carrying things up and down stairs at my place and have NO ONE to help but for that price and that UNFAIR treatment I WILL HIRE SOMEONE AND PAY CASH FOR EVERYTHING I NEED! I would suggest to WAIT and NOT CAVE INTO the pressure of needing things right away and buy things CASH off FB Marketplace and CL! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE TWO PEOPLE.
