Courteous and prompt and they let me know that i will be contacted within a few hours to set up an appointment. That's where the problem starts. I have phoned twice in the past few weeks and no one ever has returned the call. I guess they are busy, which is good for them. If you are in a hurry, or think that you shouldn't have to call three times before they return your call.. then i would call someone else.
