This company is a scam preying on people who don't know any better about housekeeping services and…read morecosts. I've been using cleaners regularly (every 2 weeks or monthly) for over 5 years now and have had a few different ones over that time. My previous cleaner just retired so I was looking for a new one, and I reached out to get a quote from Cleaning4U. I have a ~500 sq ft apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It's a small apartment that my previous cleaners (who worked alone) did full housekeeping and cleaning themselves in 2 - 3 hours, and would cost generally $100 or less (maybe a bit over if there was some more to do that day). So tell me why Cleaning4U came back to me with a quote of 3 Cleaners for 1.5h, $40/h each, for $180 + 5% GST + 2.99% if you're paying by card (so would be basically $200 total). AND THAT'S ONLY FOR SURFACE CLEANING. It's $30 extra for cleaning inside appliances. The list of services provided didn't even go into organizing the fridge, closets, or anything along those lines. JUST surface cleaning. I took one look and laughed out loud at the sheer audacity of how ridiculous that quote was. It really feels like they're trying to scam people who don't know any better. Literally right after responding back telling them no way jose I got a call from another company who wanted to give me a quote. The other company quoted me 2 cleaners, 1 hour, total of less than $100, and their list of services included fridge cleaning, closet organization, and a bunch of other stuff. Needless to say, I went with them instead.

They are pretty busy this time of year, so we had to wait, but the wait was worth it. The large team of painters came equipped, ready to paint the entire exterior in one day, beginning at 8:30am (prompt!) and finishing around 5:30pm. The owner came on the day to greet us and instruct his team (of 5-6 painters) on the colours. He returned in the middle of the day to check on the progress. They were professional and thorough, taping/using parchment and drop cloths to protect the grounds and walls from paint. They cleaned everything up upon completion. I highly recommend ProPainters. This is the second time I have used them with great satisfaction (first was interior, also completed by a large team in one day). The price was fair, the job was executed excellently and professionally.

She let me take out as many tile samples as I needed (which she kindly put back afterwards). I took home 7 samples to show my husband (which she didn't charge me a deposit for). We decided on one which ended up needing to be ordered from Ontario. Which I was told would take 2 weeks. I made the order by phone with another women who works there (I don't remember her name). She was also very lovely. She called the supplier and got a date for the tiles. They guarantee it would arrive in 3 weeks. Since this was longer than the first timeline, I was worried it would be even longer, and I already had the contractor ready for the install. The tiles arrived on time as promised and they arranged delivery for me (also on time, no hassle). When I recieved the tiles I noticed that one of the packages was broken.
