Bill pay doesn't work, and the woman at the bank suggested I pay a credit card bill with another credit card...I still can't pay bills online. I have essential tremors and can't write anymore, so writing checks is nearly impossible. I worked in software development, and this is the poorest example of work I've ever seen. The sad part is, my experience is not unique. Both times at the bank, I saw dozens of people with similar complaints. Only 3-4 people to solve the problems, with only one 53 representative to assist. The phone number never answers; it's just perpetual hold. Day 3 and still unable to use Bill Pay even after talking to someone for over an hour this morning.
