Rooftop is well known and well respected in Charlottesville and they said they would send someone out the next day. If it was in fact a small job, they would just complete it. If major, they'd give me an estimate. True to their word, two workers appeared the next day and were quickly up on the roof. I heard hammering in an area other than the one I knew about.
