"Chris" (subcontractor) was extremely hostile towards crew members which resulted in people complaining about not getting paid and storming off. I'm going to have to hire another contractor to fix the multiple mistakes - shortcuts. Simply missed the mark. Unprofessional decorum and very very poor craftsmanship. My neighbors feel bad for me. I miss my old roof honestly. If Ryan wants to make this right he would pay for a professional roof inspection and complete the job up to code - no shortcuts.

The communication with staff and the owners of the company was disjointed and lacking in detail and there is no sense of urgency or common standards of customer service. I'm not sure I'd trust them to ever respond in a timely manner if there were issues with the work. The crew left our property in a state of disarray, I'm still finding nails and debris scattered around the garage area years later. I wasn't told how to prepare for the day of the roof installation and one of the owners blamed me for the mess that was left inside my garage. The crew dented and ripped the logo off the air conditioning unit after indiscriminately throwing materials off the roof and my concerns were dismissed as a minor inconvenience and were never addressed.
