As a Black woman, I often…read morefind that people are unsure how to care for our skin; however, Lima knows exactly what to do. Lima is so kind, warm, and gentle with a beautiful spirit. She is also so honest and trustworthy. I always know I am in good hands when I step into her shop. The first time I ever went to Lima, I had never had a facial before, nor was I prepped for her to do what I had booked my appointment for. After doing an assessment of my skin, Lima explained that she wanted me to prep my skin before the peel and microdermabrasion. Before leaving, she did a hydrating face wash and explained how I should go about caring for my skin. She gave me free samples of the products she recommended and sent me on my way. She could have charged me for what I booked and completed the service, knowing that the results would not be good, but she did not. She did what was in the best interest of me, and I have never looked back. I went back to her a month later, and my skin was ready. The facial experience was so relaxing, and every step of the way, Lima walked me through what she was doing and what to expect from that specific treatment. The results I got were amazing!! My skin looked brand new. I have since gone back over five times, and each time I have had a wonderful experience. I normally book for the microdermabrasion and peel. However, if I go and she sees that another treatment would be better for my skin, I go with her recommendation. Again, She takes her time and makes sure you leave happy. She also sales the products she uses so you can maintain your skincare routine at home. She also tries to make sure you are using products without a lot of chemicals because many things on the market are full of stuff that isn't good for the skin. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND WILL CONTINUE TO GO BACK!

Every visit, she is diligent, precise, and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. It never feels like she's just trying to rush through another appointment or get me in and out the door. On top of her professionalism and attention to detail, Veronica is genuinely friendly, personable, and makes the entire experience comfortable. And for those who are nervous about needles, don't worry--she'll hand you a stress ball and use a little fan that somehow makes the whole experience feel a lot less dramatic. I first came here about nine years ago, before Vann took over, and I've been back consistently for the last couple of years. My issue was adult acne along my jawline and pores that clog easily. I rarely wore makeup, but I still didn't feel confident in my skin, and I'd tried so many multi-step routines that I didn't trust my own choices anymore. Cecilia changed that. We started with extraction facials every two weeks, combined with HydraFacial and microdermabrasion, for about three months. Through some trial and error, we figured out my skin didn't need more products. It needed simple basics and consistency. Now I'm on monthly maintenance facials and my jawline breakouts are under control. I also did six Aerolase sessions with Vann to help with my acne. She's funny, personable, and really knows her stuff. You can tell how passionate she is about making sure every client leaves happy, and it shows in how much the studio has grown. The new location is just down the street from the original, with a cozy, organic, mid-century feel that matches what they do. Highly recommend for clogged pores, adult acne, or sensitive skin. Scheduling is easy too. I usually just call, which is the fastest way to get in, but you can also book online directly with no hassle

I was able to do the belly cut out and loved it! They do a foot bath before your massage as well which I think all massage places should include! That one detail was so relaxing! The changing rooms are clean a little small but this isn't what you're here for! I've already scheduled a few more massages to get me through my last ten weeks of pregnancy and can't wait to try out some of their other amenities for a full spa day experience once I'm not pregnant!

First, my masseuse was 30 minutes late which already threw things off. The service itself is 25 minutes which I understood going in, but it still did not feel worth it for me. The massage did not feel thorough or targeted. When they say palm they literally mean just your hands, not even your arms, which I expected. Same with the feet. I left feeling like the areas that actually needed attention were not really addressed. The experience itself felt a bit awkward overall. My masseuse was sitting down during the massage and working in a shared space where there was foot traffic and people walking back and forth. Overall I can only speak for this specific service, but for the Palm and Sole massage I personally would not recommend it.

I really appreciate her honesty because other people would've done it anyways and try to get more money out of it. Since I didn't get the peel, the facial was cheaper. I like how Clear Day does their research for each product and works as a team to provide the best service. My skin has never looked better and I am surprised at the length of time for my results. I do want to emphasize that everyone's skin reacts differently to each product. I do want to emphasize that it will feel costly coming in every two weeks at the start of your treatment but investing in your skin is very rewarding when you see results. Don't expect to finish a product if there are changes to your regimen. You have to be open to trial and error. I honestly would rather have someone choose products than myself. I have been researching the latest trends and been on a strict ingredient list and wasn't all satisfied. I do wish I can get samples instead of buying products but then I understand you won't know results until you try it for a period of time. After lots of trials of different products, I think I finally have a good routine so I'm crossing my fingers! Honestly, I wish I found Clear Day years ago as I am in my late 20s and have dealt with acne since elementary school. I also have allergies and lots of oils break me out so most of their products work well for me. Except I did have to stop on of their provided sunscreens for dry skin because I am allergic to Macadamia. I had great success with dermatologists but then my insurance changes or money becomes an issue. If you've been to a dermatologist they always prescribe the usual: birth control, tretinoin, and spironolactone and I was tired of relying on medication. Never took Accutane, but I have tried other known brands to help with acne. I recommend this clinic to anyone tired of buying too many products and can't seem to find a consistent regimen! I chose this clinic because I love how they are ingredient oriented, they show their prices on their website, and have actual results which are very rare to see!
