Go somewhere else. This branch does not care about you as a person or customer. I had a bad month and I was sick. I ended up getting behind and had over $1000 just in overdraft fees. I called the branch manager last week to ask if she could do anything to help out, never received a response after calling multiple times. I ended up pulling from my 401k to try and get ahead. I go up to the branch to deposit the check and was told the funds would be available over the next 4 business days. The branch manager happened to be standing right there and I told her how I called up there and got no response, instead of helping me at all she goes back to her desk and puts a 10 day business hold on my check instead of funds being available over the next 4 business days. They don't care who they hurt, it's just more money for them. I will be searching for another bank ASAP. read more
