Simon charged us £2,268 (plus planning application fee). We employed Simon hoping he would have a big input into design. We have tried to explain to Simon why we feel let down and have found him to be very defensive and at times extremely patronising. We would not recommend Simon.

You don't have to get one person in to fit your kitchen, another to fit your bathroom, another to decorate your bedroom and even another to fiddle around in your garden. Approach Oasys and they can take on the whole lot! Of course having your project managed by an outside company will cost you more, but in the long run its probably worth it!
