I agreed and he booked me quickly, a day before the billing cycle was ending and the next unit payment was due, I appreciated them coming right out since i was cutting it so close. The two gentlemen on my job were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They told me that they had a recycle facility they used who sorted and properly disposed of junk items. They swept my unit of dust and remaining trash. They accepted a zelle payment and I was able to immediately closeout the unit, saving my parents this month's payment. I was greeted on the phone by a gentleman named Gilbert who was, kind, helpful and professional. I explained my situation and urgency for help. He was more than willing to immediately assist me! Exceptional customer service. We agreed on a price and a time as I had a furniture delivery on the way. He politely asked me for my contact information so he could arrange this pick up for me.
