I am highly recommending them for prompt, professional attention to complaints and good dental work. I believe Sophia, office manager will tighten up the problems and make good on any issues that you might have. Rotten front desk staff with unprofessional attitude and incompetence. Well only one older strawberry blonde with a lack of common sense and knowledge of privacy rights. I needed an emergency root canal and they took me in the same day. I am pleased with the work that was done in a timely manner. I am livid that my receipt is in the name of a person that shares the name of my husband but lives 93 miles away. I requested a receipt with my own name and was rebuffed by the front desk person. Unfortunately from the experience of dental work I did not notice the mistake until I went to my car. To defend herself the front desk person announced my husbands full social security number and name out loud. She repeatedly asked me if I ever lived at this far away address. Essentially my credit cards were run under my name but my statement does not remotely match my identity. In addition extra charges were added onto my invoice when I believed I had paid in full on November 16th 2024. I don't care about the cost. Happy with the care I received. I care that I don't have a proper receipt and they have another persons personal identification commingled with that of my husband and I. Go to this dentist in an emergency but by all means check your records carefully before you hand over your credit card. I have no idea if this person living at this far away address has committed identity theft or attempted to get care under my husband's name. Nor could the lady at the front desk understand why I was upset to have my records and bill mixed up with a complete stranger. On top of that she said I needed two more fillings when the dentist said nothing of the sort and that I only needed to return yearly for x-rays and cleaning. Does the stranger she has me mixed up with need two filings? It's all a big mystery. Again the dentist and assistant were great. No complaints about them at all. I'm waiting to see if they fix the error in their system and give me a proper receipt.

He explained everything in a calm, reassuring way and really took the time to earn his trust. You could tell that every step was intentional, from the way the staff interacted with us to how the room was set up to make things feel more comfortable. By the end of the appointment, my son -- who usually can't wait to leave -- was smiling. Smiling! I honestly never thought I'd see that happen at a dental office. Worst dental experience of my life. Went there for an emergency extraction the day before Christmas…read moreEve and landed me in the worst pain I've ever been in in my life for two straight weeks only after seeing two other dentist (one on an emergency basis for the pain while I was down in Virginia visiting my daughter)did I finally find an oral surgeon to help me and I am finally feeling better. This doctor left me with dry socket and when I called on the phone and then went in a couple of days later he dismissed me and made me feel like I was being a baby from the pain from the extraction. It has now cost me over $600 to fix this problem and get out of this pain and begin to heal. The office is chaos and multiple personnel were coming in and out of the room asking him questions about scheduling while he was ripping out my tooth. I was also given a bone graft which from what I'm told is not even there. Paid this dentist $1200 to be in the worst pain of my life. And yes I followed all of the post extraction instructions. Also I have both called and messaged this office in the aftermath of all of this and nobody has gotten back to me. Just awful.

The next appointment I had with Nadia She gave me a goood cleaning and scaling. She found I had a cavities and two fillings that needed to be fixed. During one visit she did the cleaning, scaling, removed a cavity and replaced two fillings. I'm amazed. I'm just upset now she doesn't accept my insurance. I would highly recommend her.
