This has to be one of the worst insurance agencies I've ever used. We had insurance with them for…read morenot even a year. We made our payments on time, and they cancelled our house insurance on our brand new home. Then they cancelled our auto insurance. We had even hand delivered the checks to them, because we were right down the street. What's worse, they never notified us that they cancelled our policy, but the bank did, by adding money to our balance. They were failing to report our policies to them. We finally had enough and went with another insurance company. Now, they say that we owe the a month's worth of dues and reported us to a credit agency, 3 1/2 years later. They lost our checks and now we have bills with them? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Don't use them, save yourself the trouble.

How are there only three reviews? How did I not look at this before I signed up with this…read moreparticular location? Don't expect much. Don't move over just because they are offering a great price upfront because you will pay for it the next year. When you ask questions, they are slow to reply and won't really answer your questions as to why they increase. I experienced almost a 20% increase from last year. I expect to see more next year. I called the 800 number today and got all the answers I needed in about five minutes and I've been asking this particular location since May. If you want to go with Allstate either call them directly and ask to be routed to someone at a center or choose a different location. I'm learning my lesson slowly not to go with any insurance company that has an agent. They want commission with no real customer service. It's very transactional. My review is for home insurance only.
