Ramax inverness is an absolute disgrace.. my property has been on the market for several years now and i have little to no contact with them. They have refused to do anything with my property unless i pay them a lot more money after paying almost £300 in the begining. I was told i would have an offer within 6 weeks and they would comunicate on a regular basis i have heard nothing from them and had to chase them up myself.. The manager refused to take my calls and when i finally managed to talk to him he was very aggressive and basically said he would do nothing with my property unless i paid more money.. at one point i was told it wasn't worth their while showing a viewer round my property as this person had not sold their own property. at another point the agents husband was sent to do a viewing he did not work for remax! and now my agent left the company 3 months ago and i only just found this out through over hearing a conversation in a shop.. curently they will not talk to me about my property. Worst service i have ever received, they should be ashamed of themselves! DO NOT USE REMAX INVERNESS!!! read more
