For the…read morelongest, I have been a State Farm customer, I was pampered with excellent customer service and unbeatable premiums, heck I even remember days in which I check my email to find that my State Farm agent sending me ways how to discount my already discounted bill (looking at you, Drive Safe and Save). However, and due to a State-to-State transfer, I had to blindly select this agent as my insurance broker, and that's when all hell broke loose. Insurance bills/cards being delivered two months after the fact (blaming the USPS as their reason), dropping the ball on updating my billing method because for some reason it got reverted to my oldest credit card "when the transfer happened", my old renter's insurance still active despite the fact I moved from that place (and the State) 3 months ago, up until last week, and this is true, Kelli from their office got mad at me (I still can't believe someone at fault still getting to be angry at a long-time customer) because as I called to see if they had my address right (because it was jotted down funny on my mailed bill), she told me "by the way, your account in closing status", and for that, I was undoubtedly furious, I had responded to all their requests with exactly what they wanted. While all of the above is "sad" funny, it really is comical that I am having to deal with this agent, as that even that I am logging in today, I found out that my Drive Safe and Save (my favorite discount) was disabled, and NO ONE from this agency even bothered to discuss that, I am guessing customer satisfaction is not what they are after. The sole reason why I still am dealing with this agency, is I want to give them benefit of the doubt, dreaming of someday getting the same standard of service I got from my Texas State Farm agent...

We have never had our home cleaned professionally before except for move out cleans after we left…read morean home/apartment. We have three dogs that have free reign and I work full time. My husband does a great job sharing the cleaning load but it can feel like it's all we do after work and on the weekends. We decided to treat ourselves and get a deep clean on the house now that we are homeowners again of a lovely place. Stephanie and May were prompt, pleasant and professional. They needed needed little direction except where to start and off they went making our home look beautiful. Even my ceiling fans are now dust free! I could eat off my floors and my wooden bedroom set shines. My tub and shower look like they have never been used. I thought someone replaced my kitchen sink with a new one. In a short time our 1800 sq ft home was squeaky clean. The cost for the deep clean was super reasonable and 100% worth it! No time will be spent this weekend mopping floors. And if someone popped in unexpectedly I don't have to being with "excuse the house." They also offer routine cleaning for a great price. (I'm working on my husband about that) We would highly recommend Stephanie and NWA Cleaning Squad.

G&G can even get you better deals than you'd find through the company directly! I got about 5 quotes from other companies before I realized I can work with an insurance advisor for free, who will get all the quotes for me and compare plans. Zane at G&G found me the best plan and he explained every line item to me. I've never had a better grasp of insurance. A friend recommended an insurance company that quoted me $4,000 a year. Zane found me house insurance for only $1500 a year! I can go on a nice vacation with that money I saved. :) I will never waste my time again looking for insurance companies now that I know insurance advisors like Zane at G&G exist!! Highly recommend! A+++

Everything was so overwhelming to and Cindy Hawkins lead us right through it with the reassurance and the kindness that I will never forget. I would highly recommend her law firm to anyone needing will/trust/probate services.
