We hired him more then 2 years ago to do taxes for a small corporation, that was about to close and we wanted to finilize everything and do it right. We made our choice according to many positive reviews and a high rate on google among other similar companies. Let me tell you, after dealing with them for such a long time and not being able to shutdown the corporation after it was not active for about a 1.5 years I decided to write this review. The company works only 3 days a week. They would rarely answer the phone. You can only leave a voice message and hope someone will return your call. We paid thousands of dollars to make the work done properly and on time. When we requested to have an appointment with him to finalize everything in person, he clearly stated that he takes $500 per hour and was extremely rude over the phone. Not to mention a stress that they caused every time dissapearing, either they are on vacation or holidays and his office is closed. I can't count how many times they told us they will call, tomorrow, next week and etc... and they just dissapeared... Nobody returned the call, no email, they just left everything unfinished... Overall very dissapointing! Terrible customer service, terrible time management! Not reliable and trustful service.
