Very disappointed. I couldn't get into my usual place for a trim and I was in desperate need of a…read morecut. I called and they were able to get me in right away. I always get the same cut- a layered trim angled around my face. I will say, it's not a bad cut in itself, but everything else was disappointing. The decor is that of an angsty pre-teen. There are colors thrown together, a modge-podge of decor and carpet in desperate need of an update. It is not a calm, relaxing, or professional looking establishment once you go past the entrance. The stylist began by washing my hair which I have a lot of. It was by far the worst wash I have ever experienced. It was weak and rather uncomfortable. As I said, the cut wasn't bad, she did exactly what I wanted, however when she started the angling of my hair around my face I realized how terribly dull her scissors were as they ripped an snagged at the hair rather than slicing. After she cut, she wanted to blow dry my hair to make sure the cut worked well with my hair's texture and touch it up. She walked over to another station to grab a brush and then proceeded to rip a previous client's hair out of the brush before using it on my hair. Once she began she got my hair caught it the back of the blow dryer, had to rip it out from the dryer, and gave no apology. The stylist was very sweet and pleasant, but clearly not trained or well experienced. The cut cost me $28. Honestly, you'd probably find better quality from a salon out of a supermarket. For the salon's sake I hope this is an isolated incident or at least contained to that particular stylist, however, I have a feeling it isn't.

I do not recommend going to the salon at least for nails. I went there September 6, 2025 to get gel…read morepolish on my fingernails and toenails. I was 12 minutes late for my appointment which I called them and told them I was gonna be like 10 minutes late. The girl agreed to see me anyway. I decided to not get the gel polish and just go with traditional nail polish. I had them do a French manicure with teal for the tips instead of white. The tech was Taylor. She had a hard time getting my nails filed straight and even. She used a grinder to remove my gel polish which got hot several times when they advertise a soak off method. When she went to paint my nails she asked if I wanted my toes the same, I said yes. She starts to paint my whole toenail and I told her she was supposed to do them the same as my fingernails. So she takes it off and not very well. As soon as I get to my vehicle I realize 2 of my nails look weird so I go back in and the dark haired girl tells me Taylor already left and she dabs some of the colored polish on them and makes them look worse. I have included pictures in an email. I also have included a screenshot of the email because the manager tries to tell me that I was 15 minutes late and that if I would've chose gel, my nails would've looked better. I'm also including the screenshot from that and I also have a recording of the owner telling me that he saw the pictures and they look terrible but he wants me to come in so that he can have somebody else redo them and I told him I already feel like I'm being treated hostile by your employees. I don't feel comfortable coming in there and having something personal that's supposed to be relaxing done, and he refused to refund me my money and all I asked for was half of it back for my fingernails because I can hide my ugly toes in my shoes. After talking to the owner Andrew for over 10 minutes, he refused a refund. Then the manager brings up also in the email that I complained about it on Facebook. Yes, I did complain about it on Facebook, but I did not name their company or the tech and all I was doing was asking for recommendations that could do a better job than what they did and I included pictures.
