So as per french law they need to reimburse double the amount we have paid in advance, they have argued to not reimburse the money and after so many discussion we could get the money with an insult,.The lady working over their told us to not to come back to the shop and she dont want to see us anymore... As a customer it is not what we expect from a shop when they dont do their job. I remind you to use this LAW (Artical 1590 du code civil) as it is protecting us and not allowing the shops to cheat us anymore. Thanks P A
