Pro: Front staff was kind and communicative. Cons: I don't feel like this office is professional or medical grade as compared to other medical spas in Fresno. It was not comforting to have the "exam room" door open and hear and see non patients walk up and down the hallway looking in my exam room. At one point during my wait the business owner's daughter came in the back door and I heard her yell for her Mom as she walked past my room. I completely understand the business owner can have whoever she would like in her office at any time (it's her business) but it's not a relaxing experience for the patients. The person injecting who I believe was the doctor (never really introduced herself) was not very friendly nor did she have professional bedside manner. She seemed disappointed and annoyed to treat a "Groupon customer." I had read another review about this and was hoping it was a fluke incident but nope, you're considered second class when you present a Groupon code. Don't forget your patients are the reason you have this business. The wait time was also unacceptable. Had I not already paid for a Groupon voucher I would have walked out. It seemed like the delay was due to a procedure gone wrong that was taking much longer than anticipated. There were 2 clients other than myself waiting for their procedure. We were asked multiple times if we wanted to reschedule but we had all already invested so much time we stuck the wait out. First and last visit at this "office." I prefer a more professional office with more kind and comforting medical professionals. I wasn't sure where it was located but once I found the office I had a feeling I wasn't going to be happy. Yet I decided to give the office a chance and I also didn't want to waste my Groupon voucher. I highly doubt anyone who buys a Groupon for this place will be a return client. I don't know why businesses offer a Groupon if they are going to treat people this way. Your business obviously needs more clients hence the promotion on Groupon. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews prior to purchasing the Groupon. I've also had to block texts from this office because it's so excessive. I'm happy to say I've found an amazing dermatologist's office who specializes in cosmetic procedures and injectables/fillers since my visit here. I wish I didn't need to leave a 2-star review, as I'm pleased with the end results since having my service, but I felt that my experience with the doctor was not up to par. When Dr. Lopez came in my room, she didn't introduce herself, she only asked why I was there (as in what service did I come in for). We chatted for a minute when she asked how I heard about her, I said Groupon, she said ohhh, hold on, then walked outside my door and hollered at the front desk to tell them to get rid of my paper work or something to that effect and she loudly said, "she's Groupon". In my head I thought, get rid of my papers that took like 15 minutes to complete!? What if I come back? Will I have to write a book all over again? Without saying a word, She then went into the room next to me where I could hear her shuffling around for a couple of minutes. I found all of this to be impersonal and overall not so professional. It almost seemed as if it were a disgrace that I was bringing in a Groupon as a new patient. The doctor came back, she never asked about any of my previous treatments. Without explanation I was handed a vibrating metal object she said to hold it to my face, then without a word began doing forehead injections (which was previously discussed). Never have I experienced having to hold a vibrating object to my face for the purpose of trying to distract and deflect pain - these injections felt harsh and incredibly painful, making my eyes water. When she finished she sent me up front without the normal thank you for choosing us, or a nice to meet you, or a typical explanation of this may take a couple weeks before seeing all results, etc. I'd like to add, privacy and being discreet was not at the forefront. When I was taken back for pics, the previous patient's pre-photo was sitting on the counter in my view and it was again shown in plain view when one of the office girls picked up the photo. When I was led to my room to wait for the the doctor my door was left open as well as the patient's door across the hall. Unfortunately, I could hear their complete conversation. Personal health info, treatments, and diagnosis with his private care doctor. Treatment he was considering having in this office. Questions about aesthetic treatments he wanted done possibly conflicting with his current health conditions. Even though I don't know this person, it was embarrassing for me to hear their conversation as if they were in my room. I know I would have been mortified if I found out I was that patient being overheard. Bright side - ladies at the front desk were very nice. And, I will repeat, I'm pleased with the outcome of Dr. Lopez's work. However, overall I was not impressed by the lack of privacy, lack of professionalism, and a needlessly painful outcome to my procedure like I've not EVER experienced before. read more

Omg! I love this spot and I love my lips! eeek! Where do I begin? My first time ever getting anything done to my face and I'm so glad I got it done. My lips are full and plump and I couldn't be happier. The staff was funny and friendly, and Dr Lopez is fantastic at what she does. She address my worries and explained to me the process and my lips issues. My lips are completely transformed, it didn't hurt and I can't wait to go back next month to add a bit more. I have been going to Dr. Lopez for I think about 10 years. I started when she was Downtown near Community Medical Center. I can't imagine going to anyone else. Before Dr. Lopez I had some botox disasters. It's not the botox, it's who is injecting you. Dr. Lopez is, by far, the best. She takes her time and really studies your face. She never injects product unless she truly believes it will improve your appearance. There is no pressure at all! In fact, one time I asked about something and she said " you don't need it!" She cares about how you look...not making a quick dollar. She is a perfectionist and her knowledge is incredible. She stays up on all of the products and procedures so she can provide the best course of treatment. Her office staff are so nice as well. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. You really need to spend some time researching your cosmetic options. Dr. Lopez' expertise with the Sciton laser system is top notched. She recently did a scar revision on our son, we followed her aftercare directions precisely. It is unbelievable. By the way I tried for two years to get someone in LA to do it, they didn't want to because my son has mixed race heritage. Dr. Lopez knows exactly what she's doing, and the fact that she's a mom means the world to me....she is an expert! This was my first time getting botox and they have a special for new customers so I tried Rejuvimed with Dr. Lopez. I was very pleased with the results and both Dr. Lopez and her receptionist were professional and accommodating. It was the Fourth of July holiday week so a short week yet they squeezed me in. Prior to deciding to come here to get botox, I had a chemical peel at Mystique medical spa. And was going to get botox there (after getting medical clearance from their clinic's physician), but the cost was more and they where really pushing for me to buy into this expensive facial cream product line. I felt uncomfortable with the sales tactics. Plus I preferred how with Rejuvimed, an actual physician does the botox injections. I also wanted to mention that before finding Rejuvimed, I looked into getting botox at The Spa & Hungry Hair Salon, but the lady who does the botox injections just rents space there so she's only there certain days. And you have to see the Spa's nurse practitioner for a type of medical clearance prior to getting the botox. And she's only available on certain days as well so it was pricey and just not convenient. With Rejuvimed, not only do you get an experienced physician with great bedside manners, but the price was excellent for what I had done. And they are accommodating. I recommend them! read more

It's been almost 6 months since my treatment from Rejuvimed. Please read the first review to gain more information about the treatments and how Rejuvimed responded to my issue. When this issue was first brought to their attention, they blamed it on severe weight loss. Furthermore, I mentioned to them several times that I've gained weight rather than lost weight since my first consultation. Although the clinic staff agreed that my skin looked thinner on the day of the post-up consultation, they failed to take my weight that day and also did not believe me when I mentioned the weight gain. They also suggested that patients are recommended to do their own research prior to choosing a course of treatment. In no way can a patient be expected to read more than lay-person's research since we have no idea what needles the doctor will utilize or what intensity the lasers will be set to. Also, the clinic addressed my concerns by offering more of the same damaging treatments to me. No reasonable person would undergo more laser treatments if their skin was damaged in the first place (even if it's for free). Dr. Lopez and her clinic should take matters like this seriously and not disregard the patient's negative outcome just to protect their own reputation. After having no luck engaging Rejuvimed, I brought this issue to a third-party consumer advocacy organization. Without my consent, Rejuvimed released my medical record and personal information which had my birthday, stats, my husband's name, and phone number to them. The clinic submitted my medical history to them in a sloppy attempt to discredit me. They seem willing to go to any extent to make a patient liable for bad results. Rejuvimed tried to make me look like a dishonest person because I had several acne scar treatments in the past and told them there was little success. They tried to use this matter against me. They stated that "is it possible that patient will never be satisfied no matter what? It is a valid question to consider. It's worth considering to ask as well if she also asked refunds from these doctors too?" In other words they are calling me a scammer because they don't want to take any responsibility for their negative results. What matters, is the fact that I had treatments in the past and I was honest with them about it. When I walked into Rejuvimed, I had scars. Dr. Lopez saw my scars and recommended the procedures which I received from the clinic. If they believed that my skin looked good, why would they recommend these procedures? None of the other treatments I had in the past made my skin look worse. In hindsight, I should have continued to only see doctors who are board-certified dermatologists. Also, if there was an issue, I'm sure none of those other doctors would have blamed me for the bad results. Many patients with deep acne scars have tried several treatments in the past which made little difference in their skin. During my initial consultation, Dr. Lopez even mentioned to me how she's had many patients who had seen other doctors with no success. I arrived with the skin that I had, the doctor examined me as I was, and promoted a solution that damaged my face. To use flimsy excuses like past procedures, weight loss, or attempting to get refund from other doctors to explain poor results speaks poorly of the clinic. After what happened to my skin, I did some more research on co2 lasers causing fat loss and many websites have discussed this matter. Many patients have sadly experienced fat loss/tissue damage after aggressive laser as well. I wish Rejuvimed would have taken this matter seriously. As you can see in these new attached pictures, my big scars are deeper, and my skin appears very thin. At the post-procedural follow-up. Due to the tissue/fat loss under my skin, my entire face looks aged and my big scars look deeper than before. I would not recommend Rejuvimed to anyone. If there is any issue with the results, they will hold themselves unaccountable by placing the blame on you. They went to great lengths to make me look like a dishonest person so they can save their own reputation. I provided new pictures to them with me holding a sign (with Rejuvimed name/date). I also took photos with the same sign on a scale while showing my weight. I have gained more pounds since the initial consultation. Does this weight gain mean my scars should look better? My scars are deeper. Had they had taken this matter seriously, apologized for the results, and worked with me to find an amicable solution, this disappointing review could have been different. I may have lost few thousand dollars by believing in Dr. Lopez's work, however, doctors need satisfied patients to remain in business. I should have taken the other 1-star reviews on Yelp more seriously prior to visiting Rejuvimed. read more

Cynthia became very rude, defensive and unprofessional when I expressed I was not happy with the Botox service I had received. Her end result is that she didn't want to see me anymore as a patient...UNPROFESSIONAL! I have never experienced treatment such as this and I can not express enough to anyone out there that they should NOT go to Rejuvimed. It is not worth the time and disappointment. I think it's only fair for customers to know this. I had a chemical peel from this place and it left me a huge hyperpigmentation scar, during the peel it was so painful that my tears ran down my face which interacted with the chemical peel and left a ugly hyperpigmented area on my cheek, Dr. Lopez didn't tell me that tears drop on chemical peel was going to produce that. I came out looking worse than when I started, and I asked her to fix it but she wouldn't, instead she just wanted me to keep going for treatment instead of offering to help and she was blaming me instead of owning to her mistakes. I had to fix the problem myself with home treatment. First impression, she was very rushed, and I do not recommend this place. read more

I am very pleased with the service I received here, Cynthia was great and answered all my questions. I went to her to receive my first cosmetic procedure ever and she made me feel comfortable. I love that she goes for a natural look with all patients and doesn't over-do-it. I will continue to go to her for my future procedures, I recommend that everyone read the medical and legal disclosures so that you're not surprised in the future, the forms aren't any different than other medical offices. Also, I read a couple reviews about the lengthy appointment times, I advise that anyone with an appointment makes plans to be there for a more than two hours at least, medical procedures cannot be rushed and she does have a huge clientele. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars... and never went there. I got a Groupon and I was looking for a new place to do the botox on regular basis. You would think the provider who advertises trough Groupon would try to get you as a customer... Not this place. From the minute I walked in, I was not feeling welcomed there. They gave me a "book" to fill out and mostly stuff that protects them from being sued. I wonder if they already had that experience based on the service they provide... I filled it out in 5 minutes and was sitting in the hallway for about 20 minutes until they finally invited me to the procedure room. I was waiting there for another 15 minutes. I had to be someplace else that evening, so I finally asked if the doctor will be able to take me or should I reschedule. All that time I was hearing Dr. Lopez chatting with another patient. She came over in another 5 minutes looking like I've disturbed her for no reason and without much conversation with me proceeded to give me the injections. I explained my issue of one brown being quite lover than another, but she just did her routine and injected me in wrong areas which resulted in both eyebrows dropping even more and not correcting anything at all but making it look much worse. It's been two weeks and I'm seeing the true result. I guess a lesson is learned, do not use Groupon on anything that can be screwed up. This Dr. is not skilled, nor she treats potential patients professionally. I deeply regret that I went there because now I have to either wait for another 3-6 month for this job to dissolve or spend twice more to correct this if even possible. If I could give no stars, I would. My aunt and I had an appointment for 1:30 PM 6/12/12 for Botox injections. We left Hanford a little after 12 and arrived at about 1:15. We arrived and were told that the power was out for their block, and would be back on approximately 2:45 at the earliest, and would we like to wait for the power to come back on? Well, we've already driven nearly an hour for the appointment, so we decided to wait around a while. We left my name and cell phone number, and went to a nearby Starbucks to wait a while. We waited and waited... about 4 PM, we hadn't received a call and were tired of waiting. It wasn't far so we went back to the office to reschedule, only to find that everyone had left! Thanks for letting us know so we could get on with our lives! My problems? First of all, no call to let us know that the power was out BEFORE we drove from Hanford?! (I will give a little leniency that perhaps the booking system was computerized, but the receptionist knew when we arrived that we were the 1:30 appointment, so I would think that she would have kept track of who made the appointment.) Gas is expensive, come on! Secondly, we let them know where we had driven from for this appointment, so the least courtesy should have been that when they decided they would not be able to fulfill our appointment, they should have called to reschedule us. Thirdly, they did not even let us know that they had decided to close for the day and were ok with letting us wait indefinitely. Very, very unprofessional! When you can't perform a service for your client, you let them know immediately, not string them along! Maybe they have so much regular business they don't care how they treat new clients?! I have a Groupon certificate for here so I'll have to return here to redeem it, but after that NEVER AGAIN. UPDATE: They called back promptly this morning 6/13 to reschedule our appointments. I have went to several other doctors for botox. Dr. Lopez' injections have lasted far longer than any others. Usually 6-8 months between injections. I last had service in September 2013 and am beginning to see movement in my forehead. I am a bit disappointed in the appointment wait time which is why I gave her 4 stars instead of 5. read more

I cannot follow what the recent posts are saying. They don't make sense. Dr Cynthia Lopez is the most experienced, most knowledgeable doctor in acne scar treatment. She is the most accommodating doctor I have ever met. Yes, consultation is $129 but she spent more than 1 1/2 hours with me, making sure I understood everything and all questions answered so that I can say yes or no before I proceed with the acne scar treatments. No hidden agenda. Straightforward, no sales tactic, no pressure. Because I've gone through so many procedures already, she would not want to start a treatment on me until my medical records are sent to her. I've been to a bunch of other cosmetic docs in and out of town, some derms, some plastics and nobody took the time to spend more than 10 minutes with me during my consultation.. I was just a number to them. I thought most of them look down on me because of my horrible scars. I tried them all treatments - chemical peels, microneedling, Fraxel, Picosure etc. etc. I also went to a Beverly Hills doctor that I saw on TV. Charged me $500 for a 10 minute consultation and quoted me $7K for one treatment of a laser procedure that I already tried and did not work for me. I heard about South Coast Med Spa and went there too. After two long trips and $3,000, I still have the same scars. So I was very happy and thrilled when I found out there is a very good scar doctor in Fresno. One of her acne scar patients referred me to her. Now at last my skin is smoother and I can now go out without makeup. So it is a big YES . Dr Cynthia Lopez is the best. read more
