After 15 minutes or so of listening and watching Mexican TV,,,she tells my wife they will not do it unless we are a patient of theirs. Geesh....Why did they not tell us this when we called and made the appt or right off when we arrived. To busy BSing with co workers I guess. Hope the actual Dr is better than the staff! Tuve la oportunidad de hablar con la Dra. Iglesias y fue muy amable pero lamentablemente las cosas no mejoraron; con respecto a los doctores fueron muy amables y no tengo queja de ellos por el contrario todo mi agradecimiento. Y tomando responsabilidad de mi parte debí de haber tomado la decisión de cambiar de clínica desde hace tiempo pero siempre tuve la esperanzada de que el trato cambiara, no sucedió ahora que visitó una clínica en DHR estoy muy agradecido con el personal de ahi creo que todo paciente tiene derecho a un trato respetuoso ya que en la forma de pedir está la forma de dar. Now I am 32, so that should tell you his level of experience. He is the go to doctor for regular check ups and can help you determine what is wrong if you are unsure I like that he doesn't sugar coat you or circumvent what he has to say so as not to hurt your feelings. He is the kind of doctor that will tell you how it is. However, that doesn't mean he's rude. He's the nicest Dr. I've had. That goes the same for his staff. Lisa, the nurse who is also the lady behind the clerk desk, is one of the nicest nurses there is. She goes above and beyond doing the work of three offices staff members herself. High compliments go to Lisa for being there and helping the Dr. In every imaginable way.
