He did a great job of walking me through the aftercare process as well, so I feel confident my recovery will go great. The piercings turned out well, and the overall experience was excellent; I will certainly be coming back here if I decide to get pierced again in the future while I'm living in Muncie.

The entire shop was dirty and every step of our experience was unprofessional and even upsetting. My group and I left after seeing two customers (?) shirtless and openly carrying firearms. One of the owners and main tattooers, Sean, verbally harassed his seven year old daughter for having her TV show volume too high. Extremely disappointed and upset by the entire experience. They didn't even start tattooing people until close 12. I thought they'd be ready to go if they're doing a special. I ended up having to go back around 5, with 2 other people. We all got 3 tattoos, and were there until 10:45. My tattoos have faded horribly and it's only been 2 weeks. I personally won't be back here, it was extremely disorganized and not worth the wait. I hope others have had better experiences.

Three of us went in for two piercings and one tattoo only to be told that Travis wasn't there and the woman in the shop said she hadn't been able to get ahold of him. She told us to text him ourselves. I had already texted him the previous week to ask a question about the special to which I didn't ever receive a reply. He did answer this time saying he would be in the shop the next day. We went back just minutes after opening and after waiting about 30 minutes we were rudely told that he didn't know when he would get to us because he had appointments scheduled. I questioned that because the special said walk ins only. He said he had regular appointments scheduled during the same time he only allowed walk ins for the special. We asked approximately how long it would take so we would have some idea of when to come back. He told us it was a tattoo and he didn't know a time frame. At that point we left. I went elsewhere for the two piercings, paid twice what I would have paid him and am very happy with my decision. Travis is unorganized, condescending, and just out and out rude. Based on this experience I would not recommend Ink Brothers Tattoo to anyone.
