This store is delightful. So many wonderful gift ideas, expertly curated. It's a bit expensive, but…read morethe wares are very high quality, so the value matches the price. I especially love the selection of small toys around the column upstairs. Great for finding things for kids' birthdays or stocking stuffers. I also really like the Christmas ornaments and Munich souvenirs.

Like any other Karstadt this one is relatively big and carries a ton of items from clothing to toys…read moreand everything in between. Over time we have developed the attitude that if you don't know where to look for specific things then let's go to Karstadt and often they have stuff you are looking for. They have a big food hall in the lower ground floor with tons of German and International ingredients, fresh produce, meats, seafood, deli & cheese counters, ready meals and so on. If you are looking for things from other countries there is a good chance you will find it here. I don't think I have seen a store like this before certainly not in countries I have lived in and it is a utilitarian store with a variety of things for the home and family. Their prices are pretty reasonable and the service is prompt.

Often a level of 3-4 stories, they sell a variety of low end to some designer label clothing, shoes, home appliances, office supplies, kitchenware, beauty department, specialty foods, and even a market at the lower ground floor. They sell Dirndls and Lederhosen during Wies'n, and Oktoberfest related gifts & foods as well. Stores are always well kept, and this particular location seems to be the most adequate one of all as it is established in a good area.

This is not a cheap shop however the stuff they have is fairly unique and of good quality. A good place to shop for presents or if you can afford it normally for your children :-)

It's a relatively small store but they have quite a bit to offer. The prices here are competitive and with the large selection it's worth coming in to see if you can find something you like.
