History

Established in 2009.

In 2009 I found BodyTalk as a result of me trying to solve my family's health challenges holistically and without medicine. (should you want to read up on it, www.bodytalksystem.com). Around the same time I became Reiki certified. Over the years there have been MANY amazing results with my clients using BodyTalk including Chronic Fatigue leaving the body, pregnancy after years of trying including fertility, and spinal re-alignment without any physical manipulation. In my BodyTalk sessions I began to talk more with my clients as part of the intake to see what they wanted to focus on. As a result of the need I saw in my clients, Life Coaching was later added my offerings. Integrated sessions of Energy work and Coaching balance all aspects of life - health, relationships, and emotional well being. After practicing Interior Design for many many years, I became interested in natural healing when my daughter became chronically ill after Katrina. This healthy baby was sick more often than not. Constant ear infections led her to the doctor frequently and all that was offered were antibiotics and the advice to take her adenoids out and put tubes in her ears. Does this story sound familiar?? How could she be so healthy before Katrina and always sick afterwards? One word, STRESS. Our stress of having to rebuild our home and our lives took its toll on this little body. Thru energy medicine we were able to allow her body to heal itself. At this point I found my real passion - I wanted to help people in a deeper way. I shifted gears and began adding different healing tools to my toolbox. Thru the use of several modalities including BodyTalk, Reiki, Life Coaching, Timewaver Frequencies and Essential oils I have been able to facilitate amazing healing - body mind and spirit!
