I highly recommend her if you are looking for the best real estate agent in the Bay Area who is honest, humble and has your interest in heart! I will definitely be using her again next time I plan to buy or sell a property. Also, it is very important to mention that she has an amazing assistant, her som Leo, that helped me with my move. Her understanding of recent comps, market trends and comparable deals helped us make informed decisions about pricing and positioning our home. Jessa did a fantastic job marketing the property and generating interest. She brought multiple interested buyers to the table and negotiated well, ultimately helping us secure an offer with no contingencies and at a good price. What really stood out was how she handled an unexpected incident at the property after we were already under contract. She immediately jumped into action - finding contractors to get repairs started quickly, coordinating the necessary paperwork for insurance, working through difficult conversations with the buyers, and even personally stopping by the property frequently to make sure everything was being handled properly.

Jessa's signs were a common site in our neighborhood and we watched as her homes were quick to sell and had great reviews. But with Jessa there's more than closing and reviews. She understands San Jose very well, the constant and ever-changing market and has a strong network within the community. Once it came time for us to move we had a few things against us, a contingency and a short timeline. She immediately had a game plan and started preparing our home to go on the market even when we were about to go on vacation. She was responsive, worked in our favor and was a tough negotiator. And always with a smile! Needless to say we were able to sell our home within our timeframe and sold it for a number that was within our range. I would not hesitate to use her again, however we do not live in San Jose anymore. However I recommend her to everyone that I know in the area.

When we bought our first house as a young couple in 2009, we hardly had enough money to buy even the lower end homes on the market, but Natasha worked with us patiently for months and helped us secure FHA funds that made it possible. She treated us like we were VIPs although our budget was so limited. In 2014 when we had our baby, a development company was trying to buy out everyone in our block for prices that were not great. But Natasha negotiated strongly for us and would not give in. We wound up getting a fantastic price that allowed us to get an amazing home. I have to especially point out that in our latest home purchase journey in 2025, Natasha went above and beyond when something seemed amiss to her about a property we were interested in. She did extensive research and investigation and she discovered undisclosed legal issues with the property! We went on to buy a different, much better house we love. NATASHA SAVED US FROM YEARS OF HEARTACHE, STRESS, POTIENTAL LAWSUITS, ANB FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES because she went the extra mile to protect us. A real estate agent who just looks at clients as a commission would not have thought twice about closing a deal and moving onto the next one, but she treated us in a way I'd only expect from someone representing their own family. We've recommended Natasha to several friends and family members who have all had great experiences with her. One of these loved ones has special medical circumstances and Natasha made sure they had proper support and resources throughout their whole process (and after).
