All of my questions were answered, including one or two not directly related to this issue. I requested a review of my credit report, which they obliged, and I will be saving money on my 1st car loan and hopefully also on the 2nd. I have been with the credit union for nearly 30 years, through at least 3 name changes. I am treated like an individual not a number, unlike with banks!

You wait…read moreine Q for 15 minutes and when it's your turn you find out that you have to leave a voicemail and wait again to find out the voicemail box is full.so I've been here typing on the computer for 30 minutes now while I'm at work! Just so I can get my car payments fixed that they messed up! I don't live around the bank anymore but I've had this account since I was 16 years old so for 26 years now. When I do get back down there I will be closing the account and moving to another bank.
