From our very first consultation call, my wife and I knew this team would be the ones to get the job done and would go above and beyond to represent us in a highly competitive real estate market. There was never any pressure from them. We could move as fast or as slowly as we wanted, and they respected our pace every step of the way. They were always available and accommodating when it came to showings and open houses. What we appreciated most was their honest and insightful opinions about the properties we toured -- details that only experienced realtors would notice, and things you might never even consider as a first-time home buyer. They are always available to hop on a call and quickly respond to texts for any question (trust me we had a lot). When we finally found a home we loved, they walked us through the offer process and helped us craft a competitive offer that allowed us to stand out. Escrow was completely stress-free, as they arranged inspections and coordinated everything so seamlessly. There was a small hiccup the day before our closing -- through no fault of this team whatsoever -- but they were immediately on top of it, working swiftly with our lender, escrow agency, and insurance agent to ensure we closed right on schedule. We are extremely grateful for the care, dedication, and guidance the team at Hirano Homes provided throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with them, and I am so glad we did -- because we ended up with the perfect home for us!

We had such a pleasurable experience working with Hirano Homes. We met with Mia and Derek at their…read moreoffice and went over all our questions and criteria for finding a new home - they were both super knowledgeable of the area we were looking at and were able to make suggestions on the fly, just by looking at the map. This was extremely helpful as I was not as familiar with the area compared to my husband or them. Mia was our main point of contact and helped us schedule tours and answer any questions we had about properties or the home buying process in general. Mia was amazing and called the listing agents within a day of us sending her the listings and was able to schedule tours within the next day or two. She goes above and beyond and would visit the property prior so she can point things out to us when we walk through. If that wasn't possible, she would extensively research it and ask the listing agent about it to make sure she was well-informed and able to answer all our questions. We were first-time homebuyers and everyone at Hirano Homes - Mia, Derek, Rojo - made the process so seamless. It moved very quickly, but they made it easy and manageable for us. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to others!!

Karen Anderson was the clear standout after I diligently interviewed three other agents to sell our…read morebeloved Carson home after owning same for over 50 years. She was immediately the most credible: prepared, data‑driven, and confident without any salesy pressure. She's an old‑school professional using today's technology to drive results. We appreciated her weekly updates without having to ask. We had just two weeks to prep the house, including a full exterior paint job, and Karen made the entire process turnkey. She hired and coordinated all the vendors so we didn't have to search or manage anyone ourselves, including a digital video tour that really showcased the property online. She obtained our pre‑approval for every expense before moving forward and stayed within our projected budget, which we greatly appreciated. One of the biggest selling points was Karen having her own staging furniture. But because of the size and layout of our house she brought in an outside staging vendor on her own dime so the home would show at its absolute best. Bravo Karen. No cutting corners with her. From there, she handled everything: prep, paint, staging, photos, video, pricing strategy, and negotiations. The home sold after the first open house, in one week, and over asking price. Claudia was the point person at the Open House and she was upbeat, polite and professional. As someone who watches both cost and value very closely, I can say without hesitation that Karen fully earned her commission. If you're serious about getting top dollar with minimal stress, interview a few agents like I did--but in the end, trust the one who gets it done. When you only have one shot at selling such an important asset, don't gamble with it; hire Karen Anderson. She's the Gold Standard of real estate agents.

I told my coworker the other day "if I could hire Karen Anderson to manage my life, I would." My…read morecoworker has no idea who Karen is, and I didn't care because there is not enough I can say to how amazing a job I think the Prestige Team do. I have worked with her team twice now, the first time to buy a house and the second time to sell a house. The funny thing is, I wasn't even planning on buying a house yet when I met Jonathan on her team. I was just dipping my toe into what was happening in my area and looking for maybe hiring an agent. I walked into an open house hosted by Jonathan and immediately liked his vibe. I also loved the vibe of the house, so much so, I was sold twice over. I hired him and bought the house. After that, I have reached out to both Jonathan and Karen for recommendations on work to be done, and they never fail to have qualified people I can hire. When I was ready to sell another house, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to hire: The Prestige Team. Karen has walked us through the process, informing us in realistic terms how much the house should go for, she has hired and managed updates to the fixtures, bathroom, and kitchen, not to mention painting and gardening and electrical, and has kept us in the loop with bids. Now that the contract has already been signed, I can say I would have given her a higher commission (maybe . . . my partner would probably have something to say about that, though). In other words, HIRE THE PRESTIGE TEAM. If I could be more glowing in my review, I would!
