DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The worst real estate company I have ever been in contact with…read more First of all when my mother moved into her house from this company, it had bugs (roaches which we had to get rid of). The tile on the floor was cracked. The place needed painting (which we had to do). The dishwasher was broken and for the entire year my mother lived there, maintenance never fixed it even after numerous request. The refrigerator malfunctioned. And instead of replacing it with a new one, they kept trying to repair the old one with no success. The air conditioning unit broke and it took them almost 2 weeks to come out to fix it. And finally last but not least. My mother's lease was signed on January 5, 2017 ( a one year lease). She was told they were not renewing her lease and she had to vacate the premises by December 31, 2017. Not on January 5, 2018 like her lease stated. Then they told her for everyday she was not out of the house after December 31st, she was going to be charged $37.50 per day, something that they told her and did not put down on paper. THESE ARE A BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS WHO TRY TO GET OVER ON THE EDLERLY AND ANYONE ELSE THEY THINK THAT IS VURNERABLE. I beg anyone who is thinking about renting from these individuals, please rethink your options and rent from someone else. On a grading scale they get an F-!!!

Abbe helped us tremendously during a transaction that could have been a real disaster for us…read morefinancially. And this was a transaction where her boss was on the other side of it. So even though she was strongly financially incentivized to minimize problems and usher us along to the closing, she did the right thing. Specifically, she recommended the most thorough property inspector in Tallahassee, who saved us from the potentially disastrous purchase. Before canceling the purchase, Abbe's partner Dan also helped us tremendously. Dan leveraged his background in construction to walk the property with us and help us understand how we might change things to suit our needs. We would love to work with Abbe & Dan again.

As a local, I can say that this company has been around since I was a kid…read more As an adult, I can say that I will honestly be referring friends and family here for any of their real estate needs. My (now) husband and I were getting prepared to become home owners and went to a seminar about the process through his bank. Patti Ketcham spoke and was incredibly informative and helpful. You could tell that she not only knew her stuff, but would be a great person to work with. We quickly decided to seek out the assistance of this agency to find our new home. Courtney Roberts was our agent and I can say that we couldn't have found a more helpful, truthful, and delightful person to deal with through our unusual search. We ended up falling in love with a house in short sale which was a hassle thanks to the bank on the seller's end, but Courtney stuck with us through the entire process with a smile the whole time. She stayed positive and candid, but was still more than willing to show us alternative houses around my obnoxious schedule. To this day, I feel like we really made her work for her commission and only wish that she could have gotten more for all her time and energy. She was wonderful, as was the agency at large.

She told us everything up front about the short sale process. Everything she said she was going to do she did. She communicated information to us from the lender and buyer within 24 hours of her finding out so we always felt a part of the process and never had to guess about anything. Ms. Cobb gave us simple advice on things that would make our home marketable. We took her advice. She listed our home on a Friday and by Tuesday we had a cash offer. The way she marketed our home was amazing. We met all of the deadlines set by the lender and buyer. From start to finish closed on the selling of our home within 60 days. We live over 400 miles away and she still made it happen. She was our "angel" during this time in our lives. No matter where we are in Florida she will be our Realtor of choice because she has shown herself to be trustworthy, dependable and current with market trends. If you have any real estate needs see Ms. Wallisa Cobb. You will not be disappointed.
