I've had to do some digging to find out specific office numbers and no one is answering their phones, and most have voicemail boxes that are full and cannot receive new messages. Not only that, but the letter I received from Amy Stout, THE DIRECTOR OF LENDING!! put a phone number to reach her at in the letter that isn't even a working number!!!! This bank is sketchy, and if it's not that, it's incredibly unprofessional at best. I've tried leaving messages when I could, emails, everything. I'm really upset that I have to resort to a yelp review just to get some sort of response.

I am not the kind of person who spends hours researching or reviewing stocks. Nor do I want to be. So I appreciate the Fidelity tools and website that provide information and analysis. Their app is easy to use. The website is also easy. And trading and selling stocks and transferring money around from outside accounts is easy as pie. Today, I met with my new advisor, Josh in their new shiny Virginia Beach office right across the street from West Elm. First, the inside is spotless and modern with iPads and brochures and tons of seating. I was offered a coffee or tea while I waited. Parking is easy with a few parallel street spots in front or the garage across the street with free two-hour parking. Josh listened, he took notes, he reviewed my accounts and we discussed my goals for investment, retirement and growth. I have some homework and we plan to meet again to discuss. Overall, I'm very happy with this initial meeting and the new location in Town Center is easy and convenient! Prior to this their closest office location was Richmond.

I didn't fill out an application for you to take my money. I closed an account with Robert Hancock two days after my first call to Fidelity. I got that money last week no problem. Fidelity is stealing. Still no manager has contacted me. Calling the BBB.

He has been great about matching my investments to what is going on in the markets. I just know he has done a good job for me and he keeps in touch. She was trying the 800# that was pushing her to contact a local agent and they were all closed. She had moved but her previous local agent was Paula. She got in contact with Paula and despite the office being closed on Saturday, Paula got her insurance in place got her a binder and ID card so she could drive her car home. Amazing act of kindness and customer service you only get with someone like Paula Faivre, Superstar Agent.

The agent was polite and gave me a good quote (though as is…read moreexpected, kept trying to push for coverages I did not need) but ONE MONTH after paying in full for 6 months for the car insurance and getting a receipt for it and being assured that i will get my final insurance card in the mail, I get a rude letter from State Farm that my insurance will be cancelled within 3 days of receipt of the letter giving no valid reason whatsoever. When I call the agent, he is clueless too - he assures he will to the bottom of it (wastes precious time as I inch towards being uninsured) but comes back with a higher quote. This agent does not seem to be genuine - why would they be clueless about the company's verdict then? Either that or they are purposely fradulent. Stay away!
