The theatre seating had wide isles and could recline. I was a little disappointed you couldn't lift up the center arm to cuddle with your date. The sound was 7.1 ATMOS audio and the screen was clear. For the most part, every seat had a good view. Although if you had someone tall in a seat your view may be slightly obstructed if you were under 5'8" Prices for the theatre are average, not sure if they have any deals to be had. Parking was plentiful on the street or in the back of the building. Seats were mostly clean but there was some sticky spots that got on our skin.

Which was initially an inconvenience for me (I typically go to the theatre 2-4 times monthly), as seating become less in each room. So for popular movies, I would often end up seated directly in front of the screen. On my last visit, tickets were being purchased at the concession stand because there was no staff at the box office. There's a potential security risk with no one checking bags at the entrance. Staff was limited at the concession center and staff overwhelmed with the dual task of ticket purchases, concession orders (which has expanded to the sell of blankets, plushies, and tumblers), and fulfilling/making food and drinks; they also now how personal pizzas and cheese sticks from Pizza Hut. I stood in the "concession" ticket line for almost 30 minutes and then moved across to the actual concession line where I stood for 20 minutes. Needless to say the movie had began by the time I made it inside. My son and I ended up doubling up in his recliner as mine was broken, leaning to one side, and only reclining about a fourth of the way. (This is the 3rd time in the past couple months I've seen a broken recliner but my first time actually unknowingly selecting that seat.) The theaters have also been less than clean. There are over 20 screen rooms in this location and they also have other mini concession areas on either theatre side, yet these have not been in use for more than 15 years. This location also only offers XD and should have some of the newer options like 4DX, RPX, IMAX, etc as they have the space for it. The arcade room is also pretty poor. I would be happy to see them expand this, along with a table seating (pub styled) area where you can come in and enjoy food while waiting for your movie to begin.

What pissed me off was after the movie was over, I wanted to get a refill on my drink and there was a concession stand right out of the theater. I wasn't buying anything so I waited right outside the line with cup in hand and lid off. It was obvious I needed a refill. I didn't expect the employee to stop what he was doing to immediately help me. But after helping 3-4 groups of people it was obvious he was intentionally not helping me . NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. but I really shouldn't have expected more. Then someone from the backs comes to check on him and I raise my hand. She comes over And I ask for a refill. I loudly said THANKS FOR ACKNOWLEDGING ME. I know the incompetent employee heard me cause he smirked and giggled. We shouldn't have to settle for this level of rudeness. All he had to do was acknowledge me and say I'll be with you in a minute. It takes a lot more effort to be rude than nice in customer service. If anyone at the theater reads this. It was outside theater 17 after the 9:30 am showing of Spiderman on August 1st.

Once inside the theater, went straight to the self-check out to buy 2 tickets ($29). The process was fast and easy. Then, gave the tickets to a lady who told us where to go for our movie. Before heading to the movie, we stopped to buy a couple of glasses of wine ($21). We also stopped to get popcorn but decided not to get any because they're cooked with butter which we don't consume. The movie room was super clean and the recliner chairs were very comfy. The big screen and sound were perfect. I wish the temperature was a little cooler. Overall, this is a great movie theater. I felt safe and the lobby was clean. Staff was not friendly but was not mean either so God bless them for wanting to work.

Not many choices to see movies in Hattiesburg. Those closed not long after the theater opened and now they just sit at the end of the halls, a dark reminder of what momentarily use to be. Then they added a bar with cocktails and themed tiki drinks. The last few times I've gone in the past year, it's never been open either. The front ticket booth, the only thing that reminded me of going to the movies as a kid is now also fully closed. Replaced with small kiosks on the inside, or buy tickets online which includes an up-fee. You'd think if they cut the labor from the ticket boots, they can make buying tickets online free. The theaters themselves are clean however the reclining chair I had most recently didn't work which was disappointing. Over-all it's not terrible, but it's not what it use to be and it's also in need of some general maintanence.

The snack pricez were really good. We had the movie combo and the actually gave you a pack of skittles, not the little pack of gummies. The restroom was really clean. I like how high the toilets were, not low at all. They also had hand sanitizer at the entrance of the restroom and each theatre entrance We actually had the entire movie spot to ourselves, but they did have the rows marked- evey other row for physical distancing.
