I needed a good place to get my nails done for prom, and I rarely get my nails done, so I had no idea where I wanted to go so I asked around and many people suggested Walmart or "Regal Nails" and hearing that they were extremely clean I decided to go so the day before I went I called and made appointment knowing it would be packed on a Friday and made an appointment for 4:00. When I got there they were extremely nice and gave me a bottle of water and signed in, telling them I had an appointment for 4, it was very packed, they told me to sit and wait till a chair was open and I wasn't sat down until 4:20 which was okay considering I had no where to be but I didn't want to wait almost half an hour. Finally they called me and the guy I had, Phaoc, was extremely funny and was super nice, he did a good job on my nails and got me out around 4:50 very clean and loved the guy I had, only down side was waiting 20 minutes though, would defiantly go back! read more

I received a pedicure 1 week ago at Regal Nails located in Wal-Mart Laurel MS. I was getting ready to go on vacation and wanted my toes pampered. The pedicure was terrible polish and cleaning. I paid for it and ask to see manager. I explained to the guy (Don't know his name he was very unprofessional) That the polish did not meet my cuticle on my feet. He decides to Google and show me pictures of pedicures like I am STUPID!!!!! He then tells me he can repaint my toes, but it will be on my skin. I now have big gap between polish and cuticle on my toes within 1 week. I will never get another pedicure from Regal Nails. The customer Service is very unreliable and unprofessional. A. Only Bayvid does solar nails and they took an appointment for 9:00 am days before I showed up today..get there of course someone else being serviced for solar...after an hour or so of waiting...he goes to another person for solar...the problem with that is they should have acknowledged it was 2 people in front of me and to see if I wanted to go do something else and run back by instead of sitting for hours waiting...also be more aware of "scheduling" conflicts or at least acknowledged your clients with "appointments" read more

I moved to Mississippi from California and had only been into a couple of Walmarts prior to moving here. Back home, they're rundown and not in good areas so I had no idea Walmarts elsewhere are nice and have nail salons! Never would have thought I'd find myself a regular at a nail shop in Walmart, but here we are. I've tried several places in Hattiesburg and Laurel, and Regal is my favorite. They are extremely fast without being sloppy. The aromatherapy pedicure is worth the extra cost. They have a huge selection of gel color options. Like, overwhelmingly huge. Prices are good, the workers are sweet and friendly.... I have nothing negative to say! read more
