They were professional, friendly, punctual, and clearly took pride in the work they were doing. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the results were even better than I expected. Everything looked and felt incredibly clean, and it was obvious that they didn't just rush through the job--they genuinely cared about doing it right. What really impressed me was the combination of professionalism and personal service. They were courteous, responsive, and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a cleaning company in the Colorado Springs area that actually takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Pikes Peak Pristine Cleaning. I will absolutely be using them again! Unfortunately, the oven and fridge were barely touched. When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.

Combine our working hours with two big dogs and a toddler, and you have a house that I am sometimes embarrassed of. We also have a smaller house and way too much stuff (NO friends, we are not hoarders, but we maaaaaaybe have some clutter. Okay a lot of clutter.) so I was reluctant to even use a cleaning service because I didn't know what they would really be able to do for us. WORTH. IT. It turns out, they're actually able to do a lot. There is also something so stress-relieving about walking into a super clean house. My 3 year old ran into his room tonight and exclaimed, "My room is so beautiful! Our cleaning person did a great job!" Their quoting process was easy and accurate. I love knowing that the cleaning products they use are not a health hazard to my child or my dogs. Everyone I've spoken with has been very pleasant and very professional, and I love that they will both send me an email and a text to remind me about my upcoming cleanings. Denise does a stupendous job of cleaning my house and making me feel like I could actually have people over. :-) Whatever your hesitancy might be, I encourage you to reach out to Maid to Shine and see what they can do for you.

I have had house cleaners steal valuable items from me, from jewelry to very expensive pieces of artwork, the most expensive were two Remington statues appraised at $65,000 EACH! Apparently, they hid them in their cleaning buckets under rags.... The jewelry stolen ranged from pearl necklaces and bracelets to a diamond and sapphire bracelet. Not only does Maid-to-Shine train and employ quality, honest people, but the company is licensed, bonded and insured. They are the very first company I have ever found that has such high standards and quality employees!!! You can't possibly go wrong if you choose to give them a chance to help you!

On…read morethe day, only one cleaner arrived, and she worked from about 9am to 1:30pm roughly 4.5 hours instead of the 6-8 hours with two people we'd discussed. The work she did was fine, but I paid for significantly more staffing and time than I received. When I raised this, I was told pricing is based on scope rather than hours, which I understand in principle, but this wasn't a case of the same crew working faster half the promised crew simply didn't show. I asked what a fair adjustment would look like when asked, offered a specific number, and never heard back it's been over a week now. Disappointing, since the actual cleaning itself was good and I wanted to keep using them.
