I asked for a complete detail. When Thayn returned my car I found the following problems with his so called detailing work: windows and windshield where not cleaned inside and out; outside of the car was not washed/waxed, mags and tires where not detailed, inside my car the dash was smudged, not all dust removed. I saw Thayn as trying to scam me as I am an older woman. His scam did not work with me. I didn't not pay this fraud and scammer. I left a message on his phone telling Thayn if he has a problem take it up with his lawyer. So far, I haven't heard a word from this scammer. Margie K
