Mainly because I couldn't have asked for a better wedding minister than Chris Mendez! Yeah, From the moment we met her, she was incredibly supportive and full of meaningful suggestions to personalize our ceremony. She respected and accommodated all of our preferences, making sure every aspect of the ceremony reflected who we are as a couple. Communication was seamless with her, and she was always prompt in her responses. Working with her was an absolute delight, and we are so grateful for her contribution to our special day. I highly recommend her! If I decide to do another ceremony to renew our vows, I will certainly choose HER again as our minister.

First, he was extremely fast in responding to my inquiry, and second, he was extremely affordable - I booked him and crossed my fingers. It's always a risk trying out a business you've found online, but I am so happy that he ended up as our photographer. He arrived early to ensure that we got some great "golden hour" lighting and was extremely personable and fun during the whole shoot. He had carefully reviewed the Pinterest board that we'd put together, and I really appreciated his attention to detail. He even edited some photos that same night that he sent over for us to review. I truly can't say enough good things about him and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Looking forward to getting all of the final edited photos!

She was one of the first vendors we hired after she came highly recommended from our venue, The Curtiss Mansion. Not only did she calm every nerve I had for months leading up to our wedding, but she also added so many personal touches, including letting us borrow her grandmother's silver cake cutter to cut our wedding cake. We would talk any day of the week at literally any time, even while she was on vacation with her husband. She helped my mom with last minute details for my bridal shower at no extra charge. She helped keep us on budget and make our wedding look spectacular. She negotiated on our behalf with all of our vendors, saving us as much money as possible. Not a single flower was out of place or table setting missing. We could not have done this without her. It was quite the production of over 200 guests and she and her team were just top notch from beginning to end. My husband already wants to hire them for our future baby shower, birthdays... and basically anything else. She really is the best in the business and it was an absolute pleasure working with her and her team. I wouldn't trust anyone else with something so precious as my wedding day.

One person that made my life easier during this time was Paul from Orange Candy. He met us at our venue, not once but twice in advance to discuss shots. He was open to my suggestions and responded to my constant emails about shots I saw on Pinterest and wanted to emulate. Day of the wedding he was super professional, showing up to my hotel room early and relaxing me with his joking nature and calmness. He took beautiful shots of me getting ready which I will treasure forever. Since we did not see the need for a limo to go 30 blocks from the hotel to the venue, Paul drove me to my wedding! What more can you ask for in a wedding photographer?! During the wedding he let me be the boss and was hands-off and let me tell him what I wanted pictures of (lots of dancing and partying). After the wedding he delivered exactly what he promised, images of my wedding edited and burned onto DVD's in a timely fashion. If I had to do it all over again there are some things I would change (my florist and event planner) but my photographer would definitely be Paul!!!
