History

Established in 1985.

I Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in 1981. I received my first license as a Professional Engineer in 1985. I had a 39-year career as a civilian engineer with the Department of the Army before opening my own firm. Rees Engineering has been serving the needs of customers in the Coastal Bend since 2019.

Meet the Business Owner: Kevin R.

I have a BSME degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and an MSME degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. I have a love for solving difficult technical issues. I have Professional Engineering licenses from the states of Florida and Texas. I also have a Black Belt in Lean 6 Sigma (a quality management discipline). I have published dozens of articles in a variety of technical journals. I have been performing windstorm inspections in the state of Texas since Hurricane Harvey hit in 2017. I enjoy helping homeowners and businesses ensure that their property is able to withstand the worst that mother nature has to offer.
