Doug has been in business over 30 years, and has been in Yorktown for 15. He is a down to earth, honest independent insurance agent. He doesn't sell you anything that you don't need, and gets you all the coverage you do. I have never felt any better after purchasing insurance than how I felt after getting my insurance from Doug. He has about 14 companies to choose from, and he will get your information, put it in his computer, and it will give the best rates and best coverage...period! I had troubles getting responses from the first agent I spoke to, but a friend recommended this office. I am so happy that she did because they were very prompt in getting back to me and were very personable and thorough. We mainly worked with Loren, who is awesome. He even suggested places for us to check out, since we're new to the area. I felt very comfortable talking to everyone in the office and I dig the snacks and sodas they offer, while we situated paperwork. Also, Mike Wright's dogs are in the office and they're adorable! They offered awesome rates and even beat my boyfriend's previous insurance company on rate AND coverage! I came back in later to pick up a temporary card for my boyfriend and mentioned noticing that my previous insurance policy was still listed on my online page and they were quick to go out of their way and call my previous office to fix the problem.
