I called Sutherland marine to see if it was something they could fix... spoke with Chris on the phone and he was very confident that he could fix the problem so I decided to take it in to get looked at. Met with Jesse when I got there and explained the problems I was facing with my 90hp E-Tec and he was very knowledgeable about the motor. I was told there was a two and a half week turn around time for service... after about day 5 I received a call and was told what they found wrong and what needed to be replaced, as soon as parts were available they installed it promptly and I was able to have the boat back before the 2 week mark.
