Do not waste your time, the owner over promises and under delivers! He's old, forgetful and should just retire. After giving them a deposit in August I was told 4 to 8 weeks for kitchen to come in which I was ok with. 8 weeks later they called to schedule install but seeing as his regular guys were too busy, they called in an ex employee who came in and did a great job however there was three doors missing, no counter upstands, no counter edging and a couple of handles were missing. After installer had cleaned up he asked me to come and take a look and straight away I noticed that the stainless vent hood and hob had scratches & marks on them along with the list above. I called the owner and he said he would come out and take a look acting like he wasn't aware but it eventually came out that he used display appliances which he claims was because the new items were on backorder but that was never conveyed to me, basically he was trying to pull a fast one hoping that I wouldn't notice! Also to my dismay, I noticed that they installed the wrong style of doors which he admitted they ordered the wrong ones. Kitchen cost £6250 so they discounted £250 for the door mistake but it took till christmas to finally get around to finishing everything. I should of went with Wren. read more
