    I purchased a car in Idaho and got forced to go through this bank for my loan. This is hands down…read morethe worst experience with a bank I have ever had. First payment went without a hitch but before my second payment I received a email saying I had to set up auto pay, so I did. And come due date I got charged 3 extra times at once!! I called and they just kept trying to blame me but they eventually said they already had auto pay set up for me when I started my loan. That made absolutely no sense to me, why send me a email saying you need it set up when you already have it?? They kept trying to push that I was impatient and just tried to pay twice because the payment didn't go through till next day, this also doesn't make sense because it told me when it should go through so why would i immediately try again?? They wouldn't tell me the reason for the other overpayments. After going back and forth for a while they finally agreed to refund me and told them to disable all auto payments on there end as well I disabled mine just to be sure. THE NEXT PAYMENT they auto charged me again like wtf is going on with this bank I told them they absolutely have no permission from me to charge me on their own. I recently got into some financial problems that will be resolved at the end of the month but them double charging me cause me to not be able to buy food for me and my girlfriend. This is just ridiculous I will be calling again to dispute the double charge. What is wrong with these people it seems like they genuinely do not care, about anything.

They seemed like they would genuinely help us when my daughter had fraud committed on her account. Opportunities for improvement Calling them for anything is rough. I've been on hold a ton. The fraud department is the absolute worst!! They are hard to understand and they often cannot help after waiting a long time!!!! And they tell you you will get a letter but they freeze your accounts. Long story shortened. 18 year old daughter... very independent but not wise. She got tricked into opening a link through an email. And the following month got hacked on an app she hasn't used in years. We reported to them as soon as she told me about it. They drained all of her funds. Over $2200 from savings which took her several years to save for a car!!!! And $250 in babysitting money in her checking. Then they canceled her debit card and froze her account for 2 full months while they investigated. Then they credit her back the funds and say that it is a temporary decision but she is still not allowed to add a new check to her accounts. Then a few weeks later they say "we have confirmed the transaction was authorized or initiated by you therefore you are liable". So a hacker stole around $2500 from her and they decided it was her fault for using the cash app on her phone a few years ago.

When we pulled up and before we were even out of the car, Davis popped out of the building ready to help us in our search. We were interested in new CRV's and HRV's and decided to test drive both. We found The One, a beautiful 2026 CRV EX-L, loaded with all the bells, whistles and latest tech. Davis was super professional and had ALL the answers to our many questions. While we were there for hours and getting tired, Davis made this experience seamless and very easy, walking us through the process every step of the way. I came to find out that Davis had only been employed at Bend Honda for 3 months and that he was new to the car business. Could have fooled me, he seemed like a pro to us! Mom loves her new car and she'll probably be calling you soon to get a further rundown on some of those bells and whistles. Thanks Davis!!

    My Mini and I finally got back on the road about two weeks ago. Getting it completely repaired and…read moreputting the inside of it back together was a long haul; from the second week of February to the second week of April. Bend Honda did pay for the electrical repair. They refused to replace the carpet, which took weeks of hanging in my garage to dry out. They did not pay for the windshield which was the cause of the problems. Nor did they pay for the replacement of the key fob antenna receiver that was ruined by the windshield leak. You see where I am going with this. They did however, insist that I sign a document that agreed that I would not require anything more from them before they would agree to pay for the electrical repair. The electrical was an expensive endeavor and I understand that eats into their profit. But, the car was not in good condition and that would be their responsibility. And they just were not nice about handling it. I still have to fix the key fob antenna, but at least I am driving it now! As much as I would like to endorse Bend Honda, I cannot. Please save yourself the trouble. Visit another dealer.

    Can you leave a zero star? Let's start with that!…read more I bought an F150 Lightning from them, my first mistake! The truck is great, but I lost my A** on it. That's on me for being an idiot! That said, I've had no issues with the truck except the tailgate. It is flakey and chooses when it wants to open. Since Kendall bought out Roberson, the service is crap! I scheduled my truck to be serviced weeks in advance for the tailgate issue. I drop it off in the morning and they say electrical issues might take time. I give them the ok for overnight.... The next day, by mid day, I start calling. I can't connect with anyone. Finally after demanding result, I get a text message saying call this number. It doesn't work, I leave a message and finally, we're able to connect. They say they have been trying to call me for 24 hours, though I have no record of a call. I call the manager of the store.... I told him that though I can call them, nobody can call me... he says, let me call you back to test that. I received no response. I tried to call them back several times. No response. I called the corporate office, no response. I've dropped 200k with that dealership! Not a dime more. Kendall blows!

    Original Writing - January 6, 2023 (morning) As a CSRs you…read moreare on Facebook, Craigslist and other vehicle listing sites. Communicate and negotiate with clients to purchase vehicles. When clients showed up, you'd take pictures and videos of the vehicle. Test drive the car. If the company decided to purchase the vehicle, we would fill out all the paper work and have the client sign forms and the sale was final and completed. It was lots of fun to be able to buy cars with other peoples money. Pay was okay with commission. To start we were paid $2000 per month for full time work. Broken down that is $11.54 an hour - which doesn't match the legal amount for minimum wage in Deschutes county. Unfortunately with this limitation in pay, commission was necessary. Since then this was changed and CSRs now make slightly more. During my time there I experienced issues as a CSR and an Assistant Manager, where pay wasn't sent out on time and also there were times communication could have been stronger, between our employees in our store as well as the clients we worked with. Our store has since been laid off temporarily and indefinitely and we aren't sure if we will be coming back to work at all. If you are looking for entry level work and something temporary this is it. Otherwise, don't count on this as a career building oppurtunity - that is if the company is still around for much longer. I'm grateful for the experience of an awesome work family in our local store and had it not been for them, I likely wouldn't have been there nearly as long. Our store has since been laid off temporarily and indefinitely and we aren't sure if we will be coming back to work at all. We found out on December 15th, 2022. Days before Christmas. No severance pay. No notice of any kind. I went in to work that day and expected things to go as normal through to the end of the day - but my boss came in mid-day to let us know we were all being laid off and had the option of filing unemployment. I'm grateful for the experience of an awesome work family in our local store and had it not been for them, I likely wouldn't have been there nearly as long. Updated - January 13th, 2023 The company not only laid us off at short notice, they have also called my boss and advised they wanted to grab the keys he had (after my original writing) on January 6th, 2023. Later that afternoon they came down from the Portland/Vancouver area and started taking furniture from the store we worked at and took the keys from our manager. I in turn had to turn in my keys as well. This too happened abruptly and without notice. It also seems as the company has closed other locations and is no longer doing business. Much of this feels wrong and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend working for Auto Pro Buys. Period.
